The extension was free, ad-free, and offered unlimited words. Then the ads started, then the charges, and now the word limit. With each passing day, the tool becomes more limited and more expensive, without offering anything in return other than restricting what was previously available for free. On top of that, we now have features nobody asked for: every time you try to download an audio, a super loud sound hits your ear.

I bought the token.. but there is nowhere in the extension i google chrome to put it. When i head over to Azures page i need to create another account and pay more!? I just wanted a token to be able to use the browser exstention with chatgpt- dosent work. Nothing in the help files about it.

only works with short chatgpt responses. Longer responses fail to play or download

it is not working with chatgpt and there is no one to ask what is going wrong, is this a real program?

It was working in chatgpt perfectly but Today this is not working so I suggest you please improve this so that audio can be download again

Today just a few min before I saw your comment on a short video and from there I found about this extension so I came to check it but when I tried to use it and tried the token which you told which is AUDIOTTS30 it gives this message Your token 'AUDIOTTS30' is invalid. I hope you can help me with this because if this works for me then I will definitely buy a token

I’m disabled, and need help to read. I'll just cut to the chase, I'll be reviewing facts not opinions. FYI, I can only understand English. Is it actually free: No, You need to pay for the Voices. Specifically from a third party source. Does it work?: No, not unless you purchase the voices with “tokens.” Is it as Advertised: The video provided is very misleading. “Best Text To Speech Software With Natural Voice For Free.” And later it contradicts with the description that indicates you have to pay for the voices. The only thing that is actually free is the application but not the voices to come with. Why the stars? This application does not assist in productivity or accessibility. Even if the cost change was on Microsoft's end the video doesn't provide any footage of the program being used. Which was what this review would be based on, but again there's no footage. It also doesn't provide any voice samples as well. (How to fix) My recommendation: Provide voices, plain and simple. Change it so there's an actual interface for your users. However if worse comes to worse, Microsoft Word has a read Function in the review tab. Microsoft has text to speech provided on the computer for free.

Very weak, it takes longer to extract a sound....Always problems (Response is not OK, we will retry it in 10000 miliseconds) We just want Azure service...

Nothing mentioned in the description that the user needs to pay to use free feature of Microsoft azure. Leaving known information is a kind of deceiving. I will delete the extension ASAP.

Costs $0.99 per recording, and they're all demos so your character count is maxed out too low to do anything with it. Very dishonest to not tell people this up front.

It is forcing to give good rating.. Without using anything.. Worst experience.

Used to be great, but now it plays phantom audio ads in the background, which cannot be stopped without disabling the entire extension. Had to remove.

in the past, I use nomal, I really like this extention. However, Today, I do not use it. when I click download button, it also download. I open it, it is empty. Developer should check gain. Thank you.

Its a really useful software however, they have character limit and there is no way of contacting developers to pay the fee. i keep getting "Invalid token.

Works as advertised but I don't feel comfortable with "This extension can read and change your data on sites you open." I tested it out with a 10 min video script and 'failed to play message' error. When disabling this extention GPT played it. I also don't like the floating video appearing at the bottom right. So I suggest to install OBS and record it and convert mp4 to mp3.

Did the job... But starts playing Youtube videos of the extension programmer channel in the background(hidden). I understand the need for exposure, but this is not the way to do it. Should be better if you had put a video player that wasn't hidden at least. I do not trust this extension by any means. I recommend other users to at least block the extension acess to *://*.youtube.com/*

I tested your software, and it works well for long text. However, I have an issue: in the end, it only creates one MP3 file with just the last portion of the text. Logically, unless I’m mistaken, it should create an MP3 file with the entire text, but I only get the very last part—the part that was split last—and not the other parts that were also split. I’m forced to save each file one by one. Why is that? Is this normal? Could you give me some explanations?

it doesn't work with the advanced voice in chatgpt. it works with the old voices. great work anyways. hopefully you can make it work..
