FRWT Secure DeFi Crypto Wallet

Worst crypto wallet experience ever. FRWT claims to be a secure wallet, but it’s really just a trap. They make it impossible to withdraw your funds!

I got Freewallet thinking it would be a simple and secure crypto wallet, but it’s been a total nightmare! The app has been asking me for new documents every time I try to make a transaction. First, it was ID verification, then they asked for proof of address, and now they want a live photo with my ID! They keep coming up with reasons to block withdrawals and delay my access to my own coins. This feels like an endless KYC scam. If you want a hassle-free experience, look elsewhere!

DONT USE THIS APP! ITS THE SAME SCAM FREEWALLET IS! They even have same interface and common name! Never use this app or owners will simply steal your tokens!

Can you explain why you have a rule in your ToS that FRWT may ask any user to complete KYC? If you provide anonymous and non custodial service, how can you ask some one to provide you documents?

Account/identity verification takes ages to complete. I've used Freewallet in the past without any problems. However, suddenly they block your account for withdrawing any currency "due to suspicious activity". Then you get into the account verification proces in which you have to jump through hoops like a circus animal. The reply of the customer support is in minutes, but the "specialists" whom are responsible for the verification won't do their job. In the meantime you're not allowed to get acces to your wallet. 1/10 would recommend this scam company. They have a very active online team who 24/7 write positive reviews all over the internet to undo the damage they do.

FRWT is a "non custodial wallet"? Are you serious? I visited your website and found that you may ask people to pass KYC anytime you want. How non custodial wallet can be connected with AML and KYC requirements?

Freewallet is just a scam. I opened years ago an account, transfered crypto and have had issues since, this year I tried to send to a wallet and for over a month pending identity verification, after the fact I sent what was requested. You will never retrieve your funds back if you deposit or send to free wallet. The owners are in Lisbon and this scam has a petition and open investigations in national fraud. The real owners are Dmitry and Alexey Gunyashov residing in Lisbon. Scam

FRWT is just Freewallet under a different name, but the same old problems persist. It’s not safe, not secure, and there are concerns about KYC fraud. If you’re thinking about using this wallet, think again. You’re better off finding a more reputable and secure option.
