Solution: GIFit!
How do I use GIFit!?
1: Install it
2: Go to any video on http://youtube.com
3: Click the GIFit! button in the browser toolbar, or right click and select "Create a GIF!"
4: Set a start time, duration, and other options
5: Click the "Create GIF" button
6: Wait patiently (or impatiently)
7: When your GIF is ready, click "Download GIF"
