Such a stupid extension .....

I have tried to contact the publisher three times. I get a blank screen every time I try to use the extension. Worthless. Cannot use it. Taken my money and can't do anything about it outside of having my bank investigate which is my next step since nobody will communicate on how to solve this issue.

this is a new scam. they let you subscribe with your credit card ,but no option to cancel. if you send email to them, they just said they will cancel it, but after that, they never reply you again. of course, they don't reply about the extension bug report. the extension is very terrible, doesn't working well at all. they keep sending email to you, to promote their reselling plan, to ask you buy another fuction of the extension. the wicked is that you can't cancel the subscription monthly, you need to call your credit card bank, request for changing card number. if you don't request your bank to change number of your card, they will keep charging you $15 monthly.

this extension is terrible, I spent 15 usd, but it doesn't work well. the bigger problem is it can't be cancelled by me, I can't find a way to cancel the subscription. they keep sending email to promote about reselling the extension, I think it is a cyber scam.

I want to cancel my subscription but there is no way to reach the owner and get it canceled! nowhere in their website you can find "contact us" nowhere!! please be where that there is no way to cancel! i finaly found some email address but no reply!

I bought the Friend Maker on 11/23/2021 (receipt number 196). I also get the e-mail: «You have just gained access to Social Magnet Suite! But the login doesn't work. All my eMails to support comes back as undelivered. Finally I bought a tool, that doesn’t work (invalid user name or password). Would you please help me to get access? Thank you.

username is right and password is also right but i can't log in, i try so many time
