Not Free . . .

It doesn't display images from the drive whether in the same folder or a subfolder. I tried using shared public link set to display to anyone on web and it still doesn't work. Useless. Worse nothing on their site or elsewhere tells you this so you will spend hours trying to figure out how to do it when it is impossible. Just say it doesn't work!

I write something and it writes something else or cancell something. Unusable

Why does it ask email address and basic information about my Google account??!!

Not once has it worked. also detects Adguard or Adblocker apps so asks that in order to run they must be off! Bye bye! Justin Cram DyingJedi

Setup requires that you subscribe to their email listing in order to initially make use of it. Nuff said.

There is no way to copy and paste links from a google doc to editey.

Trying to access personal stuff and force me to receive emails as part of the agreement terms? No way ...

I accept the terms of service but I object to being forced to sign up for email notification spam before I can use this editor. Note that it is not possible to use this editor without signing up for spam.

It mangles and corrupts files that it saves. If you do work in it, copy out the code and save it somewhere else.

One extremely important feature missing or made undiscoverable: UNINSTALLING

Can't even add lines to a website

Had to opt in to email spam marketing just to sign in to the app. No good.

wouldnt let me open a file i spent hours working on :_(

Too many privacy prompts. Not going to use this.

Had to relogin every time I used it. Even if I used it three times in an hour I would have to login three times. The system sucks and the app isn't even good when you do get it to work. I shouldn't even have to login! And if I can it should be optional! It should work! And I shouldn't be stopped to verify the stupid email it told me I got!

This program will not save any progress you do in the editor. Do not get this program, it will cause you too much frustration that you never would want to go through. DO NOT USE THIS!

Not in my taste

It requires access to *ALL* your files on drive (instead of only the files it created and the files you opened with it). Smells trojan to me. (Developer hint: use auth/drive.file instead of auth/drive)

html-files arent editable

I tried to use this to edit an HTML file I've been working on and it immediately asked to see my email address and basic information about my Google account. Automatic one star for any application that asks to look at information it doesn't need and then won't let me use it if I say no. Let me use it in private and I'll rate it on its merits.

Falsy poped up in "free" filtered out result. It is not free...

to difficult to figure out. Does not provide and easy way to choose and open a file.

Don't know if it's me or what, but it continuously f**ks up my tags and scrambles the text around. Couldn't use it at all. e.g. When trying to change [URL] to [URL1] in this tag: <a href="[URL]/003.jpg" title="003"><img src="[URL]/003.jpg" alt="" /></a> the result is totally unpredictable, e.g. <a href="[URL1]/003.alt" title="003"><img src="[URL1]/003.alt" alt="jpg" </a>

It worked at first, but now it saves a mangled version of what it shows - dangerous

It's very choppy when I try to work on my files. When it's time to open them up, I get lost, I don't know where I am half the time. There's also many stupid bugs like not being able to type out your code.

Works OK, messed up my HTML completely.

It was the Best HTML Editor for a Few years and now in 2019, you have to buy it.
