Connection failed

Good product but almost impossible to cancel the subscription once you are on it. In the chrome app, it is impossible to find how to manage subscription, like cancelling or choosing a different plan, under user account or setting. There is another link on top of the app but it leads to a deprecated webpage. Basically impossible to reach somewhere to cancel the subscription.

Misleading ads! Terrible software

Make sure to restart the browser and install browser updates. Otherwise the extension may not function properly which happened to me. However the service often cannot login, even for paid vip user, strange network errors.
