its nothing like microsoft money. I want an app just like microsoft money for chrome. otherwise these apps I hate.
Pretty useless in terms of a simple home finance management tool. You can't set up monthly expenses without paying Toshl a monthly fee. So it wants you to go in every month and record your expenses as they come. I also don't see any charts or any sort of sophisticated functions or projections to show you where you stand. It's just a list of numbers and it adds the numbers up. Idiotic waste of time.
It was simple and i really like the layout. However only allowing one income per month. thats just silly. Its too limited
It quite simply doesn't work. I enter an income and where it should "show up here" it tells me there are "no incomes". I enter an expense and it tell me there are "no expenses". It is of no use whatsoever. UPDATE. Worse still, it now shows all kinds of expenses in a foreign currency that are not mine and nothing to do with me, but it is still failing to show the figures I entered. Completely insane. Bordering on dangerous.
i dont like it.
it was bad can't use anything.
I begin liking it, but I can't believe they give you only ONE account, everybody has at least a Savings account and a credit card... deleting it
Thousands of apps out there for free.. Y should i pay here to use most of the features???
The free version is totally useless. It was a waste of time to download it in the first place.
Seems like it would be an ok app, but the free version isn't worth it. Cannot add re-occurring transactions, i.e. monthly bills, salary, etc.
simple but restrictive for someone who can't afford the pro version
Only one income transaction per month allowed for non-pro users. Lame. Sorry, I'm not paying for that when I'm already an Excel guru and have an AWESOME financial workbook.
wanted money of course
Should haver read more into the description. Free version is VERY restrictive. Interface is nice and it's good to navigate though. I wouldn't mind a 1 time purchase, but a subscription for a glorified excel spreadsheet? Really?
The free version is not helpful and has very few features.
The free version is useless. $1.99/mo for the versions with useful features. The deciding factor was that you can have repeating expenses like cell phone or car payment, but you could not have repeating income like a paycheck unless you got the pro. It doesn't teach you how to budget, so if you do that yourself you don't need this app. If you just want to see your income and expenses in a pretty format this app is neat to set up. Its one of those go pro, or only get half of what you need. Free version will take more time to update and maintain than its worth. Pro or nothing.
forces you to go professional (pay money)if you have an income you want to input
Its really helpful on some levels but without actually buying the full version your limited to what you can do
Not exactly sure what happened, it was already awesome as it should be: simple design and intuitive interface. Unfortunately, the "Toshl 2" update is just a cacophony of unnecessary stuff. Still though, it is one of, if not the best personal finance/budget app that syncs between platforms (PC, Android, iOS).
Eh, it didn't do anything spectacular. Waste of money. Pen and paper are cheaper
I think it would be better if it was sold at a certain price rather than like this, asking for membership. I don't find the membership appealing at all. Otherwise, looks great.
The free version has so many limitations that it just irks me to no end. While it is visually appealing, toshl finance might as well be a app with a set price tag.
Not bad but you have to get the Pro to get benefit from it all
Only one income is allowed per month for non-pro users.... No custom dates for timeline...
