Scam company, can't cancel subscription!

want to cancel the plan but there is literally no button to cancel ur plan. ive messaged on instagram, discord and emailed them, and even given them my email linked with my account but they havent responded to me. dont use this app

Hoooooorrrrible app 0/10 experience. SO many glitches in the app its ridiculous. And they have the audacity to charge??? 5 thumbs down.

Try cancelling this service....it's pretty much impossible. It's such a scam. I have followed their instructions and they make no sense. How about you make cancellation easy?

SCAM I purchased the crosslister monthly subscription and wanted to cancel it. There is no information about how to cancel the subscription and I've emailed them 4 TIMES!! They have not responded and the first email was LAST YEAR!! I will lose lots of money due to the subscription and I don't even want the product

doesn't work I keep getting an error message saying I need to log into the platforms even though I am logged in no answer from the help I am deleting bad experience

paid the pro plan and sent many many email to the support (hey@selleraider.com) , but no any reply. IF no reply will do the credit card charge back, hope you can reply to me here.

This app work great, until it didn't. After signing up for the subscription I can’t sign in; I can’t change my password. Nothing. And no one responds to my emails. I went to FB to reach out to them and they say send an email. Sir, Ma'am, (tapping on their foreheads) how are we supposed to reach you when you don’t reply? Ok app, horrible customer service.

App was working great for me for a good a while and then stopped working on my website out of nowhere. Ive been waiting over 3 months for a respond for this issue with no reply. Find it curious that before purchasing i wrote to them with a few questions and got a respond quite quickly but now that im a paying customer I get no respond for them. Ive Triple checked and Only email Ive received is my notification from every month of them charging me for the service. The only reason Im writing here is because they seem to have the time to be writing back to reviews.....so id appreciate a respond to my emails but this customer service is so dreadful i think Ill cancel it anyway. Why should I continue paying for a service when there is no help provided when i need it?

Awful customer service. Got so many bugs. I cant even get past the accept permissions as there is a bug and emailed them a millions times with no response. V poor service.

Don't buy their plans! I purchased the $29 plan and Poshmark won't crosslist. I keep being redirected to the page where you purchase a plan. I already had bought their subscription. It's ridiculous I want my money back. I tried to email their customer service and I even tried calling them and no one wants to help. Don't waste your time and money with these people.

Cannot accept permissions due to a bug with the app and it is very difficult to find how to contact the team. Please help.

Right now the app should probably be free as they are still working on it. Its good in theory and had worked before,... they did say they are working on it, so that is nice they got back to me. When it worked it works pretty cool from Posh to Mercari, but posh to ebay is not so good , and posh to grailed is wonky.
