It worked on the first time. I left my work unfinished. But then when I try to go back, the chrome extension doesn't work anymore. It just keeps on loading and nothing happens.

UPDATE: It seems you need to disable it once and enable it again to turn it back on. Nevertheless, their own product onboarding experience is very confusing. The builder won't launch on my Chrome. The company claims they help others build user onboarding process and yet their own product has truly lousy onboarding process.
