Voicy - Voice to Text Powered by AI

I downloaded the Windows PC app version... I really wanted to love it but I had to uninstall it because it would randomly listen and record everything whenever the code letter was typed. I needed something to make it easier to dictate when I typed emails. Unless I missed something, please let me know how to control the listening and recording functions. Until then, I will moderately use the Chrome extension. Thanks.

I absolutely love this extension, specially that it supports brave, I am just disappointed that it gives so little minutes of free use overall. I would love if it gives free minutes daily, something like VoiceIn (which I have chosen for the moment) and then this would be the best voice app, happy to return to use it and give 5 stars if this happens. As likely the services uses "AI" via API and that costs money to the developer, maybe there is something he can add, like some self voice detection software which does not use the API, or some other cheaper service with flat payment for him and then can give many free minutes to the users, this would reduce the "quality" but will work for those that still want some free working extension that works everywhere specially on Brave, and if they are happy to pay to get best quality, then pay the full subscription to get the AI to fine tuning and make it better by paying. And this will get the developer many more users ultimately converting more paying subscribers

Click to speak and click to stop speaking??? Hi developer! Haven't you thought about people that like leaving the mic open? Haven't you thought about people that like direct input instead of clicking to stop speaking and start input? I give it 3 stars because I appreciate the ai EXTRA feature.

Accurate but concerning privacy practices The voice recognition is impressively accurate and genuinely useful. However, the free usage is extremely limited, and the extension becomes permanently blocked unless you connect your Google account. The insistence on this feels intrusive and raises privacy concerns—especially since the extension appears to be developed by a single individual. Use with caution.
