Hours of Work Lost. Unreliable, Confusing, Unacceptable. This extension is unreliable and dangerous for important data. I spent hours compiling critical information, and the app permanently deleted everything without warning. The interface is confusing, there is no clear save function, and no way to recover deleted notes (no Trash folder or Undo). Do not trust this app with your work. AVOID.

Glitchy! You will randomly lose hours of work because of some random bug. Not to be used as a professional tool.

Cant even log into it using google unless you open the thing without using the extension. And then you still are not logged in on the extension. So pointless.

Warning!! This extension is a browser Hi jacker! It will continue to reinstall to your device after removing it! Flagged!

Dont trust on this app, your importante notes might not be there on the following day, also serious problems with privacy. Stay away from them if you look after privacy notes

I been asking you many times to let me close my account, I cant do that on my own because the quantity of ads you put on the place where I should change my settings, I believe you are doing this intentionally for people paying for your app.. You are not respecting the privacy of the people and on the top of that you dont care about or reply about this issue. I will have no other choice to report you to the Goggle services and to the Electronic Commerce Regulations Autority in United Kingdom. Obviously, you are taking advantage of the feedback to abuse the privacy of the google customers, I do not recommend this app at all..

Requires you to install two other extensions, without the option to refuse. Anything that forces you to install other extensions you don't want and do not provide any real value is a definite NO from me.

It looked great ... but then suddenly no matter what I do I can't write in the note anymore.

Suddenly lost all my notes just now and new tab opened says "Note board installed" with default boards and my notes nowhere.. hate it, really.

They deleted all my notes over 2 weeks for no reason.

Just lost a long note I spend half an hour writing... Can I give zero stars?

Great idea but execution and stability sux! I've lost 3 very long notes in past two days. Would be better if notes auto saved. Notes just disappear. Not happy. Using something else that's more reliable.

No longer works. Won't load. All notes appear to be lost.

At first i liked it, but after it DELETED MY NOTES without me ever approving it, i lost my mind, it has done it a few times.

Bad interface.

For those of us older generation not technically trained, this was useless. All I wanted to do was as quickly as possible add a few notes to a photo I needed to send to a forum for assistance. After adding the extension, I wasted half an hour and lost my online helper in the forum because this was incredibly non-intuitive and all I could figure out was how to load a photo. When I tried to add text, I lost the photo. Once I got the picture again and tried to add the text, the photo shrunk and I wasn't able to add except as an additional page.I looked everywhere I could find on the internet and developer's website, but apparently there wasn't an option to search their features or troubleshoot. Being disabled, this cost me considerably more than time.

It's hard to find notes on a board, you have to "accept" each one before it's final - it's not good for little notes that take up hard space on each "board" - not functional for random notetaking.

It is not easy to use... it doesnt pop up for me and it seems to keep giving me a virus on my computer.

for me it just takes up space

I just downloaded it and I can't find it without typing it fully in chrome browser. Maybe I'm using it wrong, but it is not user friendly.

It takes exactly 5 clicks just to create a simple note. That's simply unacceptable.

Terrible, have to pay for the good version monthly. Hard to use on the first try, I only wanted to make a small note and it made me go to this website to do it. Just go with google keep, much much better than this.

I found some bugs and I lost all of my hard work in the note that I have write for 2 hours!!!!

I have used this app for years now and loved it. I even recommended it to many of my co-workers now all of a sudden I cannot access ANY of my notes. From what I am seeing I believe they are going from free to paid subscription. I am VERY sad.

not easy to use

Used the app for ages with no issues. Then one day it logged me out with no warning and now it's saying my email address/facebook aren't linked with any account and I've lost a lot of data.

Lately my notes been missing for no reason. I have lost two important notes already and there's no way to rescue them.

I couldn't delete it. Let that sentence speak for itself

App has been downloaded to multiple versions of Chrome, and tried and tried again, and still hasn't worked. It looks like it would be awesome, and it seems some people have it working...but it will not work on my macbook air, chrome canary/chrome.

I am so sorry but despite my best efforts, this is the worst note board I have ever tried. I cannot even pin a note, but keep on creating blank notes - and although colorful, it cannot be used for anything! And I have paid for the version I have :( Big mistake. UPDATE: 14 July 2012: Oscar contacted me & refunded. I am willing to try it again based on his quick response. Maybe I need to reinstall. Will keep you posted.

Needs work with the lever feature that says "assign to". Tried to keep it afloat but just kept moving with its environment.. should be another feature to simply float in place; could help around with learning music or keeping some notes when doing homework.

Very useful, but all of my boards just got erased. I'm not sure if it's a bug

sadly I have to say although the extension is good, the latest update caused a conflict with another extesion that works on wikipedia (hints) and costed me a lot of time and frustration to figure it out

I strongly tried to like this extension, but after many lost notes I can't stand it anymore. Yes you've read it right: from time to time notes will just vanish in the void for no reason at all. Also, wanna talk about the interface? It look and feels like 2001, it's ugly, cumbersome and confusing. I'm totally fed up of this. Bye.
