Planner 5D

Signed up for the free trial on my work iphone, was instantly charged for the annual membership. Reached out through their website and through email to cancel and never heard anything, reached out again a week later, again no response. After 2 weeks and their "request for a refund deadline" they responded to me to say they would not refund me. I have been getting the runaround from them for a week now, they refuse to refund me, they refuse to acknowledge half of my emails, there is no number to call. I have no problem paying for a subscription I sign up for, but I was charged for something I did not agree to. Would never recommend this app, they take your money and refuse to refund you.

BEWARE HANDING OVER YOUR CARD INFO TO THIS COMPANY!! I paid for Premium ($9.99) on Aug 18. The premium option never activated due to technical issue on app side. I contacted support same day. After nearly a month, and 10 or more emails to their support team, dealing with multiple customer support people asking me to provide info I'd previously provided, and sending images the posted charge to my credit card from Planner5D - I'm no closer to a refund and they basically told me today to take it up with my credit card company, they don't know how to help me. Because they couldn't "find an account" on their end that matches up with the charge. Thankfully, credit card was able to reverse the charge. BUT - beware, credit card company said this merchant can NOT BE BLOCKED, as they don't meet the criteria for a merchant that can be blocked by credit card companies, meaning, since it was a monthly charge, if the charge continues to go through again month after month, they can't stop it. I will have to call EACH month and have it reversed. In reading through other reviews including on Google Play Store - I'm not the only one having issues in dealing with customer support and getting it resolved. BEWARE! I would not recommend giving any credit card info to this app.

If you have money to WASTE, than yes this is an amazing app. But if you don't Homestyler by AutoDesk is WAY better.

This is not free. I could barely get anything so I was extremely displeased. Even if I only use this for fun. Almost everything is for only special members. >:(

expensive... not worth the time when your on a budget

1. So expensive 2. Too slow 3. Can't make elevators 4. Can't make decks or porches 5. I kind of like it Nobody should download this! Unless you want to pay for EVERYTHING!

Spend couple of hours to create entire floor plan correctly, "project saved" was displayed every few minutes. Came back to continue - everything was gone !!!

If you're willing to spend money on an app like this, go ahead. It works fine functionally. I understand many programs have to be paid, but it's simply the fact that almost everything in the catalog needs to be paid for. You might as well just pay for the app itself. I suggest you check out AutoDesk Homestyler or Roomstyler 3D. They have much more free things so you can fully create a room. However, the functionality on an Android device with AutoDesk is weird, and Planner probably works better on a mobile device.

Very confusing program. I don't mind paying for something if it actually performs the functions it promises. For some reason there are two versions of this program with different names. The forum keeps referring to a settings menu but there is NO settings menu. Does "Unlimited" full catalog access mean permanent and do I have to pay for it on both my Android device and Chromebook? Very Confusing, might be a great program but even reading the forum helps very little.

It was an amazing app... until you had to pay for almost every single piece of furniture. It's very difficult to desig rooms when you only had two or three sofas to choose from and one toilet to pick. I was very displeased.

it was great before where you could use all the things put but now u have to pay for everything and u can use only one item -.-

Before, it was nice, but now you have to pay for nearly all of it.

You can make a few things, but most of the stuff to decorate costs money, so even though the app is pretty easy to use, I didn't appreciate that you had to pay for a lot of stuff when the app itself was free (thus giving the impression that other things within said app would also be free).

It is AWESOME! But I would like it that we get to pick a few out of each options like the curtains. I wouldn't mind a plain one. And for the pool could you let us build it like we do for a room? Lastly, could you let us build each wall our self? This stuff would be GREAT. Thank you.

I loved this app until the update! Now you have to unlock things? How do you even earn more 'houses' to unlock things with? I liked it better when there was free will to choose what you wanted without the unlocks... When it goes back to normal it will become a 5 star rating again.

They need to let people add their own pictures and 3D objects

I would like this app to have dogs,massage chairs,dishwashers,ccat/dog beds,pool table,bicycles,scooters,other than that,great app!

It's accurate but not in probable resolution so it look rough

I'd like to see a larger range of kitchen cabinets. Like a dishwasher, full height corner pantry, individual small sinks (round). Other than that, this program seems nice. Also, there is no draws.
