Meh. You can turn it off no problem, even in blocked modes.

Need a whitelist mode, where it blocks everything except what you specify. Also, sure would be nice to go into the settings and just add a ton of sites. Also, a default list of known time wasters like youtube, facebook, etc that you could add to the list with a single click. Come to think of it, this could be a ton better, without much effort (the whitelist version example I suspect would be a mere switching of the polarities, batman).
