JotForm

it poped up in anamation software so i got it and it has nothing to do with anamtion

JotForm is great for making forms, but if you need to edit or change them later, their site frequently will fail to open your form for editing. This is the message I keep getting from their site when I try to open one of my forms for editing: "Ok! I give up. I wasn't able to load this form. Please try it later." That is extremely frustrating! Use another form builder.

Worst form maker I have ever used. Adobe is simple, it would have taken me less time using php, java, html and css by hand and I could have finished much faster. 2 minutes they claim, maybe that is 2 minutes per each item. Save yourself the pain and trouble. I would not present the form to anyone. Loss of time the most troublesome injury one can do to another with such trash.

It was amazing at first, but I am currently unable to create a new JotForm in my Google Drive. All I get is a blank page.

So hard to use and keeps repeating pages. not cool

It's clear and useful application for people, who want quickly and effectively organize document submission instead of manual reviewing emails. I'm thankful for the opportunity to simplify my workflow!

It's very easy to use. I wish that it had more ways to customize the layout of a form though. Also, the social widgets need to be more useful. I wish there was a widget for Twitter login

The overall of Jotform performance is nice. There are most regular form tools to choose. Yes, it is simple to use, but it is pity there are not more than that.It is better if it can offer some more form tools and survey tools, e.g.at least, progress bar, I think. And the font size can't set all by you like, it is not smart enough. Some friends say they can't access to the second page of my questionnaire,but some can, it is so rare. Maybe because they use different browsers. In addition, if you set people can continue to where they quit, the questionnaire will be very slow to react if you click the answers. There are still many technical problems need to be fixed. Thanks a lot!

Good web form builder. Excellent app, but I only rated it at 3 because the site seems to constantly get server errors at night - "Error #5xx - JotForm is currently Unavailable" - which is not good when you're trying to collect application forms!
