Does not let me create a wallet on android, I got one job create wallet, Nope can't do that

Worst wallet experience ever. If I'm able to get my VET recovered I am SO outta here. I have been going around and around trying to use Sync. I put in my my keywords and instead of importing my existing account it creates a new account. I'm looking at my account that ends in X. I pull up my back up words to confirm. input it and it generates an account ending in Y. The customer service rep tells my I must not be using the correct seed words if its generating a new account. I'm telling him I'm looking at my account and its seed words right on my phone. As someone else indicated I am also unable to use my private keys or keystore. I asked where I could find my private keys and the rep completely ignored the question. And apparently they only have 1 customer service rep because response time is really slow. So when he gives me an incomplete or unhelpful response it can take several days to get clarification. I get that they're experience heavier than usual but honestly, I expected better from VeChain. I've been a longtime fan until now.
