Cheating. Can't find place that i can cancle my trial plan.
I have hated using this. It isn't user friendly in any way. It has crashed so many times and I ahve wasted hours resetting it. I've finally given up and have currently spend 2 days backwards and forwards trying to cancel. It's too hard and I just want out! I'd like my money back ideally. Would never recommend to anyone!
This extension has no way for you to cancel your subscription.
Worked for a bit, then it didn't. Is there really no place to cancel my sub? Looked everywhere in billing, on my profile...Literally no place to cancel. Customer support seems MIA. No response from anyone going on 28 hours now. Disappointed.
AS OF RECENT UPDATE., It Does not work properly, used troubleshooting and contacted support to no avail. Wish my experience was better!
Nothing but issues since I signed up. Nobody responds to support, the online chat always asks to send an email - never get a reply back. Posted in the Facebook group 16 hours ago, zero response. Service is senior to selling, if you're unable to support customers you shouldn't be taking people's money. Going to go to my bank today and file a dispute as seems to be the only way to get down to resolution. Overall a disappointing experience - never again, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

What a waste of time... They scheduled a meeting with me to help with the setup but never show up. The funniest thing was that they sent me a generic email with "It was great meeting you..." Now I am trying to cancel the subscription before they charged me and it looks like that won't be easy because they don't have any cancelation option on the website. Looks like a kind of scam to me...
Worst customer experience ever, and literally for no good reason. I had a discount code, but was automatically charged the full price. Contacted Jamiu for help only to be given some BS excuse, he said it was against his policy but you can't find it in his policy statement. LIAR! Then he ignored me instead of taking care of the problem like he should have. He'll reply and say I was a horrible customer and he doesn't want to deal with people like me, but I wasn't. It's just a lie to make himself look better for acting like a fool and not letting me apply the discount that *he* agreed to. I was kind and polite and waited for 5 months to get this resolved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JAMIU!
This app had a myriad of issues, including reloading facebook every 5 seconds so that I lost anything I typed into a facebook post or comment, not capturing leads into a spreadsheet (its only job), not recognizing my facebook group but not letting me add it and so on. I reached out for support and, when I wasn't able to stop my workday to hop on a zoom call immediately, they canceled my account and blocked me from the support facebook group, and stopped responding to support inquiries.
Was working fine in single approvals, everything was going into the google sheet flawlessly. So I decided to hit approve all. BIG MISTAKE. I had over 250 leads pending... all had provided emails-- I'd weeded out the ones who hadn't provided one. Group Leads did not pull in the info for more than half of the approved people. I'm missing out on leads and potential revenue as a result. PROCEED with caution. Don't approve all for groups of more than 10 or you will be sorry like I am :(
Will not send welcome message to new members. Tech support keeps blaming FB and coming up with excuses. Still getting charge for software that does not work.
Was wonderful at first. Time saver. Then I kept getting locked out of Facebook. Numerous times. Even with disabling various settings. Clients had trouble reaching me on Facebook. I'd be open to returning as a customer IF and when they can get it working 100% as to me it's not worth it if I can't use all the features to truly automate.
Big hassle due to having to Log myself in with the license number every other week. The "SURNAME/NAME" isn't imported like advertised. Only works for English Facebook (so you have to translate your whole Facebook so you can use it, not really the best). The dashboard where I am supposed to have all the leads is empty, good thing I have them on my Auto-Responder. At least it does the core feature well, which is retrieving the email. The support was responsive and quick when I needed them (to upgrade my plan). Monthly plan quite expensive compared to the annual plan, which push you to take the annual package.
The extension disconnects every 2-3 days. I would need to add in the license for the extension for it to start up and then restart my entire google chrome for it to work properly. In some cases, the tagging of for the autoresponder doesn't happen, i would need to shut down my chrome multiple times before it actually gets the users approved and auto tagged in the welcome post.
