After cancelling my premium account I have continued to be charged each month for a product I no longer have nor want. All attempts to contact the person responsible for creating the app to resolve the issue have been met with no reply. Steer clear of this fraudulent application, unless you only intent to use the free version.

When I try to use: This webpage is not available ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH A secure connection cannot be established because this site uses an unsupported protocol.

Good app, but not great. It doesn't do everything it promises. I was assigned one pen pal, and he/she never wrote back, and there doesn't seem to be any recourse for that, such as requesting a different pen pal. Also, I can't figure out how to post my writings to the "Library" so others can read them, so everything I've written is "Private" even though I don't want it to be. It is a nice format for simply writing, but not much more.

Formatting is crude/nonexistent. No good for writing anything beyond graffiti. Uh, why not just use Google Docs? Full-featured word processing, easy to organize chapters or books with folders. Easy to export.

Saw the good ratings on here and thought this is what I was looking for. Downloaded the app, opened it and begin to write. When I was done I closed the app seeing that what I had written had been saved. When I went back a few minutes later to continue my writing everything I had done previously was gone. Whatever I clicked to find it just took me back to the log in page. I guess this isn't what I was looking for.

Okay, I will re-rate this application.

Loved it at first and had been using it for a long time. But after the new Update, I was kinda sad because I can't login anymore! What do I do?

It is amazing, but after you make three pages it becomes paid. ($24 per year, to be exact, as of 2014) But it was really good. Very clean and easy to use.
