RPI Web Improvements

We all know Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's SIS portal is just about the ugliest website out there-- the CSS (formatting) was written in 2002 and the most recent time it was (barely) updated was in 2012. This extension is essentially a re-skin for SIS, giving it a new and much-less-horrifying-to-look-at face, with a more accessible layout. This extension does not do anything with your data on SIS or any other page, it only applies an aesthetic change to the page via CSS.
