Axure RP Extension for Chrome

Viewing the Dev Tools it appears this extension was trying to fetch/GET the URL: https://dealctr.com/ext/load.php?... from the axurerp-content.js file (line 1154) which is deemed as 'Suspicious' on some security websites. I uninstalled this Plugin.

I too am experiencing the same issue. Chrome continues to force the download of the .rp file instead of browsing in chrome, even after enabling the setting "Allow access to file URLs" not work. Is there going to be a fix for this???

It does not work. I expected to open the .rp file in google chrome. Instead of it' just dowload me the same rp file ...

It sucks that you need a plugin to view static html files.

Same issue that others are posting - even after allowing links in the extension settings, opening a .rp file will just cause it to open in Chrome in the form of a file download instead of a page/tab. Opening that file will also result in another file download. So on, so forth.

Very user unfriendly. It's not clear how to open RP files with Chrome, the instructions are complicated.

Does not open RP files on Linux. Opening an .rp file results in a suggestion to download the file again.

Doesn't work. Zero documentation on how to activate it. Double click on an .rp file and I get the windows message that the file type is unknown. Completely useless.

Doesn't work- have installed and uninstalled several times, no joy. Moreover, it is totally and utterly unnecessary. You can view the wireframes just fine without installing this. At the top of index.html there is some javascript. Look for this statement: $(window).bind('load', function() { if(CHROME_5_LOCAL && !$('body').attr('pluginDetected')) { window.location = 'resources/chrome/chrome.html'; } }); Simply delete this or comment it out, save, re-open index.html, and you can view your wireframes just fine. Perhaps the extension does something more exciting than let you view wireframes, but I don't have time to deal with faulty software right now.

It says it can read a local rp file, but after installing there is no way to open the local file. Using ctrl-o and selecting the file from my drive just downloads the file again. WTF?

I tried installing and uninstalling. I tried checking the setting to allow local file browsing. Still, it doesn't work. Why not just use .html?

Why did i have the discomfort of having to download this extension WHY! IS THERE NO GOD!? WILL SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN!
