Burner Emails: Easy, Fast, Disposable Emails

I can't recieve any mails. Seems not working.

Gone to hell, I lost a very important account because of this, now no longer works, would rate 0 if I could.

Be careful. I have a pro-plan but they apparently stopped their service. I have set up various burner emails but not a single one is receiving emails. I tested with own emails, nothing goes through. Very bitter because I can't access few services due to 2FA emails do not reach me. So I lost access to personal accounts. Contacted their service by email, but nothing. Just check out their help section and twitter. It's dead since 2020. Don't invest your money there! It's a dead end.

Terrible customer service. Tried twice getting in contact regarding a refund and they just completely ignored me.

This service used to work but for the past year it's been completely down. Emails will no longer come through, they've been inactive on twitter for 3 years and they no longer respond to their support email.

As everyone else stated before me, I get no emails and customer support don't reply to my inquiry. Now I'm locked out of Discord and pretty much all other social media that I've signed with this useless burner account. Thanks a ton!

I've been using this extension for years and had the paid service for a time, but unfortunately the default domain is not currently forwarding emails. I have tried contacting support and they haven't answered anything for over a month, but still appear to be accepting new paid subscribers. Please fix this service!

A great idea! But it won't let me create a single burner address without paying for premium. I'm not paying for something when its free version doesn't work!

This used to be a great service/app but now it seems to have been abandoned. The burner emails are not being accepted by many websites because they are noted as fake/spam emails. Some emails are not forwarded. And there is no reply from support. Would like to stay with this service since it has more features than some competitors but had to move to other service that works.

It has stopped working. I am missing a lot of return emails now. The service itself is a good idea and - when it works - okay. It has a few missing features and some features could work better. But all in all a good service. Two bad things: 1) Get it to work again. I have payed a lot of money for a 3-year deal. 2) Start actually answering your emails. You claim "We love feedback!", so please show that to us. BTW: I see you have a LinkedIn-account (linkedin.com/in/csergiu), a GitHub account (github.com/csergiu) and an X account (sergehere). Maybe you answer there - you haven't been answering emails through website or here in Google since forever.

Really slow , not getting emails

I really wanted to use this product I subscribed for 3 years was not able to log into my paid account sent 3 or 4 support emails and had not reply.... Canceled and unsubscribes... I hope this is only my problem and not a scam and If they contact me I will be willing to talk to them and see why this happened and maybe change my bad review that I hate giving.

Just like other users stated in the recent months, the emails are currently not being delivered. I've used Burnermail.io to sign up for a lot of services and tool I use on a daily basis and I currently cannot log in because they require a code to be sent to email. Upon closer inspection of the email addresses I'm trying to receive emails for, it turns out that the problem is exactly what other have reported - i.e. - Insufficient system storage, SMTP Server Disconnected. To make matter worse, Sergiu Calborean. has sold and collected insane revenue through AppSumo and clearly has no intention of adhering to his pledge for lifetime service. Shameful and disgusting!

This system is broken. Worked fine for a more than a year. Now, emails aren't getting forwarded. Upon running SMTP diagnostics - the SMTP host is refusing to accept any email because it is out of storage space. That explains why nothing even registers the received count. Because the host itself can't receive any incoming mail. Let alone forward it. This is basic administration. It's been down for days. Clearly there's no one at the helm. Very disappointing. I had prepaid a multiyear subscription. What a waste. DONT BE LIKE ME AND LOSE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HALF-BAKED SOLUTION.

I started using Burnermail a few years ago. The concept is great while the execution not so much. It worked fine for several months and then quit receiving emails. I figured out that if you changed the forward to account it would start working again for a while but then would stop receiving mail again. I switched accounts five times and that no longer works. It failed a few months ago so I emailed support and it was fixed in a few days. It failed less than a month ago and that took a day to fix. Now it has failed again - this time I'm four days out and no resolution. The company never contacts you it just suddenly starts working again. Hell, I don't even know if they're still in business. I'm tired of having to explain to everybody why their emails are bouncing. Now I'm in the process of migrating 350 email addys to Firefox Relay. Don't waste your money as this company as they are pretty much unable to provide support and you will need it sooner or later.

Great idea until it stopped working. Now it has been a headache, and no longer receive any emails. Save your time and energy. Don't use this. Sent in support requests at the beginning of the year, tweeted them etc... and no response. I can only assume it has been abandoned.

app is ok when the service works....on the same matter be aware that support is on a perpetual holiday...this appears to be a sideline job..send them an email and don't expect a reply for 3-4 weeks....don't invest too heavily in this either...if you add too many emails and you depend on them and then the service goes down you are very stuck

I can't figure out how to send an email. Using the Dashboard generated email burner, I click the send icon, it opens but I don't see where to type a message. Also, I created a mailbox that I want all return emails sent to. SO For instance, I give the burner email address to someone, I want their response sent to the mailbox I created. I've used their chat box and email to try and get help and so far, no one has responded

Does not work as stated. Tried it on a news website to try a free trial and got an error message asking to use a valid email address. Uninstalled.

Not working for me. Didn't forward any email. Already check all inbox including spam folder but nothing.

The service is only barely running meaning I can only receive mail - not send burners. Even with premium membership. Contact Paddle support and tell them you cannot get through to Burnermail, and you are not sure if they exist anymore. Mail: help@paddle.com - or use their online tools for customers (where you can see your subscriptions etc): paddle.net Sadly, that was the only way for the company to contact me after many unanswered emails to them. It didn't, however, change anything other than the copyright year (before 2021 now 2025). But it proved to me, he listens to the people who sends him money. If you do this, too, that could push the owner to either cancel the site (if too busy to run it) or work on it. I assume Paddle will get tired of complaints at some point.

I've been locked out of my account for a while. I sent a message on February 1st and did not recieve an answer. I sent another email today hoping I will get a resolution. -createharmony1.

Who is rating it? please know that you can only generate 5 email addresses for free after that it asks for money. I guess they expect people to pay for email forwarding.

No emails forwared. Everything seems to go straight to being blocked and there is no way to change ihis in settings or even see whats been blocked.

Used to be a great product. Now it is broken. Disabled emails still forward mail. Mail relay is super slow if it works at all. I switched to a simple email login alternative from a pro.

Unusable with password managers. Having copypasted login email in the pop up dialogue window of the extension, I just cannot copy and paste my password because whenever I switch to my password manager, the extension window becomes inactive and it empties all the fileds. I'm not going to type in my 30 character password manually.

I like burner mails, very useful simple to use and configure. I'd like to remove the footer nag to leave a review in the chrome extention though. Moderately concerned that there is a lack of feedback in the feedback box in the website. No responses to feedback in the open section for it seems for years. I myself have a problem with chrome bars in chrome while using the dashboard do not appear. Seems pointless to have this as a open issue if things arent being address. So yes the product works... but as problems mount for how long?

It is very hard to get in contact with anyone when you have a problem. For those who have paid for a 3 year subcription, there should be better customer service in place. I shouldn't have to send several emails over a matter of days and still no receive a reply.

It is good if you plan to buy a premium subscription otherwise there are better solutions out there. 5 burner emails is not a free plan but just a trial IMO. I understand they need to survive as a business but if they are planning a freemium model they can at least allow say 30 burners or even 50.

Like the extension; or DID. Then they cut the amount of burner inboxes free users could get... I used to use this a lot for alternate accounts or sites I didn't trust after they bought out the old service I used. I had maybe 15 burners, and remembered the service allowing 30 for free users. Then just today I tried to generate a new burner for another service, and an error dialog popped up saying I had reached the maximum number of burner emails. I thought that was strange, but decided to go delete several inboxes I didn't use anymore. I deleted a good few, generated the burner I was trying to before the error dialog, and then went to delete it, realizing the site I had generated it for was truly NOT trustworthy and I wouldn't need to receive any emails from them, nor want said emails. I did so, and noticed afterwards it said I only had 3 remaining burners: a number quite a bit smaller than the number of burners I had just deleted. So, in brief; I like the service, but would like to know when changes are made, as this took me by complete surprise, and not be incredibly limited with the quantity of burners I can generate.

primary glitch: emails are not being received. web interface very kludgy. I.e. features are not well integrated with each other I would suggest trying the free preview. developer is ACTIVELY working with me to solve difficulties.
