RAD Soldiers

I get to launch the game however i can not sign in to get more soldiers, im stuck with only two as i cannot get to the store, it constantly tells me to check network satting and i have done it making sure no dns is being used or so... Anyone know how to sign in?

i couldn't get in it just showed me the controls and didn't let me in.

Whenever i lunch the game, on the start up game graphic, it says at the top of that page "Failed creating 3d graphics context. Is your GPU not supported by Chrome?"
