This extension enhances your right-click context menu for text selections with the following options: 1. Securely copy selected text to the clipboard with encryption. 2. Encrypt selected text and securely save it in synchronized storage. 3. Replace the original content with encrypted text. In addition, it offers the ability to: 4. Decrypt encrypted text and copy it to the clipboard. 5. Decrypt encrypted text and replace the original content. Important details about the extension: - The extension uses your passphrase to generate a new SHA-256 private key and a random public key for text encryption and decryption. - Please remember your passphrase, as there is no way to recover encrypted text if it is forgotten. For your privacy, the extension does not store passphrases. - You can choose to store encrypted content in your browser's synchronized storage for easy access across synced browsers. - You can also encrypt and decrypt binary files in bulk with this extension too. It stores the converted files to the default download directory of your browser. Some use cases for this extension include: 1. Safely encrypting passwords when sending emails. 2. Privately archiving important data. 3. Securely transmitting sensitive information, like passwords, to another device.
