Description

This application gives to all the system information you could want from a Chrome packaged app. You will have access to the CPU information, available memory, total memory, browser information. You will also have access to display information like connected displays, resolution, colour depth, and font smoothing. SysInfo is the system information tool for the sophisticated user, with a clean interface and live information you will be able to use a standard system tool across all operating systems that support Chrome, even Chrome OS. The screen shots are intended to show the app running on a variety of operating systems and desktop environments. I have tested it on Chrome OS, Linux (Ubuntu, Mint, and Debian), Mac OS, and Windows 8.1 (Virtual in parallels). I have also tested this on a variety of different screen sizes. There are a couple known bugs and some minor design issues I plan to attend too, I appreciate feedback so please let me know if something is up. The recent update has added a new feature. The app will now display all attached drives and tell you what drives they are. I am working on adding the ability to eject (unmount) the file system directly from the app. If your file system can't be accessed by Chrome (looking at your Chrome OS) you will recieve an apology message instead.

Looks like a newish Conky script needing a lot of work. Start with getting a list of disks and storage/capacity with a progress bar or something.

Would give this a higher score if there was someway to monitor the CPU temp on a Chromebook, I have an Lenovo X131e and sometimes it can get really warm, and would like to know by how many degrees various notebook coolers are helping cool it down if any at all.

Memory display is OK, but CPU time is cumulative milliseconds since boot. Delta and/or percent would make it worth something.
