Back in the days, this was a great tool for email tracking. But for the past a few months, it has become more a useless tool, because it's not been working at all. You send an email, and no track notification while other tools (as HubSpot tracker) show notifications.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! The pro version does NOT show the recipient email address. I tried yahoo, outlook, and gmail and it just shows the email providers proxY email. I was just scammed out of $48. Why does the company lie and show a fake photo of the IP address when it DOES NOT WORK? I will be contacting my bank.

It is not working at all for the last three months. It is not tracking emails or clicks. It has gone completely wrong. It should be fixed or an update should be provided, so that we can update it. It is not working at all. It become so bad

Absolute con. Added this to gmail and yes it does show trackers HOWEVER they are NOT blocked and when you try to set it to block them you are taken to a page where it directs you to a page to purchase the option to make it work for $48 a year. I would understand them wanting to make money by charging for the tracking your own sent emails but tbh its a con to say this is anything other than a money making ploy. 1star cos I have to and no stars is not an option

I've been using the tool for years now - excellent when working. It appears to have crashed in the last couple of weeks and isn't working. I've tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations, none of which have done the trick. Please fix!

As of Jan 2025, the ext stopped fully working on gmail. Left me in the dark. Switching to a diff service, had been a long time user of this ext

Since I add this function, it turned out that some of my contacts didn't even receive my emails.

It sucks it doesn't show read tracker.

The payment system is not secured so they've charged me twice instead of once. I've requested to refunded.

It was working good , then it's forces to pay for the extension so you can use then. It's very bad experience for me.

Doesn't work for emails sent from outlook --> gmail. I tested it with my personal email accounts. It notifies me that the email was viewed immediately after sending it, even when I never opened it in gmail!

Hi, always loved this . sadly for the past two weeks is failed to work at all. does not show sent emails in tracker nor does it show when mails have been opened. I deleted and then re added Tracker but nothing works.. are you guys doing updates or have you stopped the free version . I hope you can help because its been a life saver thus far|?

I think this service just hacked some of my accounts through my emails

I have been using this extension for a while now. I had to format my computer recently and I have a habit of saving all my passwords in a word document. Previous times I always typed the passwords manually in my phone and then format the computer. This time I got a little lazy and mailed the password file from one gmail account to another and also thought of it to be a check for privacy (my reason to justify my laziness). Unfortunately the passwords leaked. My two gmail accounts were accessed and twitter account was accessed too with inappropriate things being tweeted. I am not sure which part to blame for the leak. Its either Google or this extension. Though Google has a big company reputation, I would still like to give this extension benefit of the doubt and not claim this to be a source of leak but just wanted to put the information out there about what happened.

Junk just work for gmail not for corporate email addresses

The website is working fine with the VPN that has all the ports open but not otherwise, are there port restrictions, was working fine until 29 Jun with the same vpn, please provide a fix ASAP, already reached out to support multiple times but no response.

Wanted to know out of 25 people in BCC who reads/who doesn't. This does not add this service. Just tells me it's opened by an iPhone or Galaxy..... Useless. Sorry, but a tracker should tell who it was that opened it.

Very Bad Service

It gives incorrect information, I'm so unhappy as the app fooled me! When I send an email from my PC, and if I view/open that email from my Gmail app, it will show as the email has been opened/viewed. But in reality it is me who has opened the email and not the email recipient, so you would never know if your email was ever read by your recipient :(

Not working with yahoo mail

Showed ficticious "opened" notifications. How do I know, because I send myself an email to one of my email accounts that needs an ID card to access, yet some how it showed "opened" while I was not at work yet. And my ID was with me.

This application is obsolete and does not work. Due to Gmail pre downloading emails, the extension will say your emails have been viewed - even when they actually have not been viewed. This occurs, because Google immediately predownloads emails, thus making the extension think that the email has been viewed.

At first it worked. Then it didn't. I removed it, and reinstalled it. It still doesn't work. I will be looking to see if there is another alternative.

It doesn't work with yahoo. Yesterday it required additional allowance, and from then on it does not work with yahoo (there is no the small black circle sign when the message is sent and no tick when it is read).

I've used it for about 10 years or so. When it works, its great. But lately its extremely slow and doesnt work half the time. I'm looking for other email tracking extentions.

Always gets error while working. Very Slow

I've sent a single email to a single recipient, and Email Tracker says that this email has been opened 398 times in less than an hour. Even as I'm writing this review, the count has increased by 9. Make that 19, since I finished that sentence. So the recipient has opened this email 419 times in an hour? I've contacted Email Tracker, but they say that all they can report is pretty much the same time I'm seeing. I think that if I got the paid subscription, maybe the info would be accurate?

Not happy with it. It is accessing lots of data on your local machine, including the full browsing history, and does not deliver any value in the free version. Tracking results are delayed and you need to purchase a full year subscrition to get anything out of it. Not even a monthly subscription or test period available. Uninstalled it straight away
