Accuracy is too poor and completely useless

Doens't work at all. Never gets even simple text right and results are all inconsistent.

It doesnt even work with constant error messages about permissions or whatnot, not a single clue on the website as to what it could be

I want to copy a code from youtube video and it didn't work

Sometimes never runs. When it does run, it glitches out and half of it is just random letters.

The first run never completed, It just sat there not doing anything for over half an hour.

It's very bad to detect english

Terrible OCR, the character recognition is horrific and if your text is even slightly angled, it just doesn't work.

Did not work at all. The error message said that there were "missing Host Permissions". After a lot of digging, I discovered indications that this *might* refer to a file called MANIFEST,JSON , but the developer's website gives no clue as to what the missing code should be. I'd love to get this going, but at present it's useless.

Installed but don't see icon anywhere? Uninstalled.

No documentation. Not sure how to even run it. Clicking the Chrome extension button doesn't do anything. Nothing on the web site to tell you how to initiate a read. Might be a great app, but lack of instruction makes it useless for me.

It has more misses than hits... (tried to OCR Simplified Chinese characters)

Couldn't get it to work, it was just stuck on "loading language traineddata" Maybe its because Im on Brave or something?

Detection for Japanese was very bad and the extension was not able to load the language model in Brave.

It can be kinda slow sometimes, and it can be slightly inaccurate occasionally, so you just have to double check it (by inaccurate I mean it may think an I is a J when using a weird font) but otherwise it works fine.

Acceptable, but it's prone to some corruption like most OCR programs are. It's not as good as the apple gallery OCR, but pretty good

Download resource is stuck on incognito window

I tried it on some German text and it did a pretty good job, but it put the letter c instead of e in dozens of words and had trouble with special characters: specifically umlauts (ü, ä) and ß. Fix those issues and it'll be a five-star product.
