Gero Dashboard

The upgrades and aesthetics of this app from Gero Wallet to Gero Dashboard is impressive. However, support is still less than acceptable. I have tried their email and also the Discord where I always get 'unable to accept invite". Their support page is useless (gerowallet.io/support). Ever since the move to Gero Dashboard I am unable to CLAIM (now they call it WITHDRAW) my staking rewards. And sometimes it will not show any staked ADA at all. Never had this issue before. If they can fix this issue I will gladly change my rating to a 5 star.

I can't see my NFT and the developers of the wallet don't know how to fix it

Sent 269 ADA from YOROI to Gero wallet but its not reflecting in the Gero wallet but i can see them in cardano Scan... If this is existing issue, please resolve it at the earliest.

Feels like a scam. I transferred some Ada from coinbase and although it was transferred with a tranaction id and shows up in cardanoscan, it doesn't show up in the wallet. So the Ada is just gone. I will remove/update this negative review if the Ada shows back up and/or a developer from the team helps me out but as long as this review is up you should beware.

I have 61 NFTs stored in my gerowallet currently and cant access any of them. Guess Im just screwed unless anyone has a fix

This has quite some issues, I wouldn't recommend using it at this point. I've tried to get some meld onto it and sell it in muesliswap, which worked out OK. But I can't add a colleteral onto the wallet, it says incorrect password lol (you need to do that to cancel/modify orders so...). So after I sold the meld for ada, I'm trying to get my ada back to another address - which doesn't work. I can enter the password and confirm the order, but just get thrown back to menu then without confirmation or sth. It also doesn't show up in my account history.
