I just installed it and a couple of times the wait cursor was display and no color was identified. I had to close and reopen the extension. The location of the popup that shows the identified color is in the lower right-hand corner, which gets obscured by the "back to the top" button that is in the same location. The extension does identify the color--which is more than I can say for other extensions I tried. I would rate it higher if it wasn't for the issues above.
