Live Transcript Extension

It’s true that you don’t need to register or enter any payment information to start a transcription, but the extention is practically unusable. While the transcript is being generated, the text only appears in short message-style blurbs labeled with a “speaker” title. The tool doesn’t use accurate punctuation, and it frequently breaks full sentences into multiple message boxes. Once the transcription ends, either because you stop the share or the video finishes, the app often crashes. If it doesn’t, it shows a “Get a link” button that seems like it should provide the full transcript, but clicking it usually causes the program to crash as well.

I don't see the download and email options. i only have email link and I have yet to receive any of the emails.

I recently used the Lake Brains Google extension to transcript an important meeting. After completing the transcription, I attempted to email the transcript to myself, and the window closed unexpectedly, and I have not received the email yet. The transcript is crucial for me. Could you please assist me in retrieving the transcript file? I have checked all my email folders. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

First time using, the extension crashed before it was finished transcribing and I lost about a 20 min transcript. :-(

It works only for english language. Could you support other languages, Italian for example?

It could be a great tool, easy to use, but you can't download the transcript, and the only option given is to request a link to the transcript sent via email. The problem the email never arrives. I have checked junk, quarantine, and my corporate gateway no email. I have contacted support. If this gets resolved, I will rank this extension higher.

It prompted me to enter my email and I didn't get a transcription in my email account. It also said 'Get Link' not 'Send in Email'. Getting a little skeptical....
