Return policy highlighter

On amazon sites listed below and flipkart.com, this extension adds a bar on top of the product page with the return policy highlighted. Well tested on .in and some testing done on these amazon sites: .in, .ca, .com, .com.mx, .co.uk, .de, .es v0.4: reduced size by 30k by removing big 512px icon file. Also now has better quality icons files. So, lesser and faster to install and it will look better. v0.5: added another xpath to locate correct return policy for amazon.in
