NIXZ Plugin: AI recruiting software

Before the update in February, I was quite happy with NIXZ. Now, I don't trust the information that loads when using it. It has slowed down my productivity because I either have to wait longer for it to load and/or have to check to make sure it pulled the information correctly. I've been working with Cluen/NIXZ and listed the issues along with screenshots and examples. Hopefully, the new update will fix everything.

Terrible update. Extremely slow. Want the old NIXZ plugin back!

I am having the same issues with NIXZ no longer loading automatically with Encore/Cluen. I've been trying to get it resolved, but so far, it is still a problem. Having to click on the plugin each time I open a LinkedIn profile kind of defeats the purpose of what I think is the definition of a plug-in? Please fix this! I love NIXZ when it works!

Update is horrible and is not compatible with LinkedIn. I spend most of the time unplugging the extension and reinstalling, yet it fixes nothing. Extension is consistently stuck in uploading a profile and never fully finishes the task. You end up adding duplicate profiles because it doesn't notify you upload is complete. Crashes constantly. Bring back the old version.

This is an example of fixing something that was not broken and now stinks. It no longer keeps up with switching profiles in LinkedIn and matching them with the Encore (cluen) database. Simply taking something great and turning it into trash. Return the previous version!

UPDATE: If I could remove all 4 previous stars, I would. This is in response to the product update that was released on the week of February 9, 2026. Let me start by saying that this plug-in WAS, in fact, very VERY good. Stability was good. Data quality was good and manageable. Nimble. Intuitive. I was able to get my job done and quickly - all you need for a high rating and a good review. I will also say that I have contributed to my share of software updates and releases, and I completely understand that roll-outs are never perfect and often have many challenges to address. However, this is the WORST product update I have witnessed in 22 years of recruiting and staffing. The utility of the tool is all but dead. The NEW bugs and foibles make it intolerable to use. I am back to MANUAL data entry, because my arthritic human hands are faster than it takes for the plug-in to simply align to the proper profile - which it often doesn't even achieve. Think about that. Manual data entry, in the age of AI, with a tool that was - up until this week - beautifully effective. Today, with my review update, what was once my favorite tool is now one big disappointing digital brick. Please fix it. Simple. Easy to use and to configure. Gets the job done. BUT...some bugs and foibles. Rest assured these foibles are minor and nothing that can't be remedied with a quick refresh of the browser and a little bit of patience. I will award the full 5 stars when the kinks are worked out. Otherwise, I award 4 very strong and appreciative points for automating a task that I have been doing manually for the better part of two decades.

Terrible. Crashes system every time i use it.

Nice plugin, works great but is has a huge bug. When you scroll your mouse to the right, the NIXZ screen automatically pops up / appears and partly covers the right side of the original window under it. When you want to go back to that underlying screen, there is no option to close the NIXZ window: it keeps covering the original window. Very annoying!

Very glitchy

Not very good vs. my previous CRM system plug-in, which was fast and customizable. This one? Can't add a work email and the menu is static. Often doesn't bring in the photo either.

It's ok. We opted in for the "paid" version to get emails and phone numbers and it's about 30% accurate. I don't like that you can't see how many 'tokens' you have left so we can't track who is using it the most or when it will refill. It has a lot of bugs, I'd like to see worked out. I feel it could be a good tool with some refinements.
