it doesnt work, and keeps freezing on my computer i cant close the app or the dash

Really really loved this app. Not too happy all of my history seems to be wiped with the latest update. I also enjoy using this on my chromebook and having the app pulled in with every chrome install. I can't even seem to log in with yubikey 2fa with the new app. It seems the upgrades with the desktop apps are only marginal too, and there are messages everywhere making it seem like they're trying to phase out the chrome app. Very disappointed, feels like a step backwards just to remove a chrome dependency. History's been wiped, chromebook support tenuous, yubikey login broken, and there only appears to be marginal upgrades that could have easily gone into the chrome app (which already has native launcher for windows/osx/linux). I'll raise my review to 5 stars once chrome is supported properly again: the chrome app listed on their main webpage, with the same functionality as the other platforms.

Always "Connecting to Trello.."

How do I get rid of it? It keeps asking me to select a list, but doesn't show how!

Took the time to get it set up, get an account at Trello, blah blah blah. Have my Monday list broken up by category and each has a to do list... but when I try to start it says, "Pick a Task" and then there's a drop down menu... "pick tasks" and "tasks" but it won't let me do anything. Epic waste of time for an app that is supposed to help you focus and be productive.

It keeps being broken in various areas with every Google Chrome update. I prefer Google chrome extension over standalone app, although in recent updates we've being heavily pushed to 55MB! standalone app, which sometimes even more broken than Chrome extension. I use it every day, it's so minimalistic and great - it's exactly "do one thing, perfectly". Unfortunately it's suffering lack of support recently to keep it up with GC updates

I love the concept of this app. I like the way it integrates with Trello. Unfortunately, now the Pomello box is sitting on the center of my screen. (It used to sit down towards the bottom, out of the way. Now it is always in the way and distracting.) I've received the notification that it is now available as a stand-alone app. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to install software on my work computer. I can install apps from the Windows 8 store. I can install apps from Chrome. But that's it. So now that I've found this little jewel, it looks like I won't be able to use it if Pomello doesn't continue to support the Chrome App.

"Connecting to Trello...." If you close the list selection window you get stuck in limbo when first installing.

I've been using it for a while and then I noticed that sometimes 25-min timer actually runs for 30+ minutes. For example: Pomello Log - Current time spent: 25 minutes. Timer ended - 11:49 am on Mar 18, 2016. Timer started - 11:07 am on Mar 18, 2016. I see none of similar questions have been answered yet, so 2stars :(

Not sure I can use this as is. Can't figure out how to switch boards and if multiple boards are named the same. I'm looking for an app with the ticking sound. And this tick has a pause every 10 seconds. Defeats the purpose because it is causing me to have a nervous tick!

Very frustrated. Wasted time trying to figure out why it finished 1x25 minute session and didn't immediately go into break. Would not recommend it for people who are looking for a simple, easy app to use for pomodoro-related purposes.

I really like the idea, but isn't work or is really not intuitive. How I find it to start in my trello's board?

Refuses to update. It just sits there saying connecting to trello... Update: Once i got it to work i ended up just waiting for it to finally show all my cards and such. And how does it work with tasks? With my work it holds me up.. but it looks nice i guess. Cool idea but i cant see the use in timing your self

It fails to update newly created boards from Trello.

Great app. Does not allow to skip break with a shortcut (some times I do it anyway but it's few clicks away, which is even more distracting). If you just add a dropdown entry saying "Continue with the task without break", I would give 5 stars. The argument of "pomodoro not being effective without breaks" is not valid - as you allow "pause" which is also against pomodor technique.

I've been using since July. It's nice, but it's not getting updated and there are a number of defects. Would love to see it updated.

how to add tasks？？？！！！！

I would have given a 5 star, but the focus shifts to pomello on changing the workspace even though it must be possible to keep pomello on top of everything. Chrome not having the focus, doesn't capture tab changes! :(

I love the idea but I can't work it - I am unable to create "task", unable to sync with trello in the first place.where do I get help?

confused on how to use it ??

It was actually okay but then I found that I cannot drag the interface around. It refused to snap on the edge of the screen either. Very confused. Will likely to give more stars after I got this figured out.
