I've been paying for an account with Merch Informer for almost as long as they've been around. It's fair to say I've given them more money than their products have been of use to me. They are slow rolling out updates and improvements, which impact the usability of their products for paying customers. This extension in particular has become ineffective. It only checks the title and not the bullet points making it not fully useful. The support (video) is also outdated (4-5 yrs old). The reality is - Amazon Merch continues to upgrade and improve their users experience - but Merch Informer fails to streamline their product to provide the same experience for their customers. This creates frustration on the user end. The last year has been a huge disappointment with Merch Informer. I'm not sure I trust their products anymore, so be weary!

Very expensive and the effect is not good

It's Ok but sadly it doesn't catch some of the trademarks you can't count on it exemple it doesn't trigger : "I'M JUST HERE SO I WON'T GET FINED"

Not bad, but database may be outdated. Getting quite a number of notices that trademarks are LIVE when actually they are DEAD.
