As many others have said, this is just an insecure website. For nearly every situation, just download a standalone application to view SQLite files.

cannot open files which has size more than 60 mb. There is a limit for 60 mb

When you add it to Chrome all it does is bring you to another site where you need to download the application. I'm not downloading from a site I know nothing about.
