PriceLabs - VRBO Reconnection extension

In my pricelabs trial period and trying this extension, it does not work at all. Seeing other reviews back this up. I don't intend to sign up if it can't integrate with vrbo. I've tried now on three machines (android phone, pc with chrome, mac os with chrome) and none work. error Please log in to your PriceLabs account and try importing your VRBO listings again via extension but I'm logged into my account. I've reinstalled the extension, rebooted all, restarted all, logged in and out of all services. Nothing.

Does not work....Pricelabs is hiding a problem. VRBO is very clear "This is not our problem"

Doesn't work. I need this extension to work so I can list my property on VRBO significantly HIGHER than AirBnB. If the Guest wants to use VRBO, i need to charge higher prices for my pain and suffering.

Don't know if it was glitching or what but it recognized that I was logged into VRBO but wouldn't sync the calendar. Yes, I was on Pricelabs Dashboard.

I have tried for weeks with several different people and different ways and can't get it to work!

Very interesting how everyone is saying the same things. My VRBO Listing has lost connection and cannot reconnect my listing. Pricelabs has poor customer service where they say that have a LIVE chat feature through an APP per homepage disclosure. THERE IS NO APP ON THAT EXIST CALLED PRICELABS of any sort. GET IT TOGETHER PRICELABS!!!! Very bad service on getting issues fixed.

This extension is terrible.

Terrible sistem. Like with everyone else it does not work. I wish they could be more helpfull.

Does not work no matter how many times I followed these steps and I continue to get Pricelab emails saying VRBO is not connected and to reconnect.

DOES NOT WORK!

This is ridiculous. If I could give this zero stars, I would. It’s beyond frustrating that Pricelabs can’t find a way to reconnect automatically without causing a headache. It used to be so easy to manage, but now it’s a terrible system that I absolutely hate.

Everyones right, it doesn't work.

If only i could give negative 10 stars. I wish VRBO would do something about their platform instead of consistently spending money on national advertising campaigns. Even paid Nick Saban to advertise. Their platform and interface is garbage including this extension. It could be Pricelabs fault I guess. But with how awful vrbo is with everything else I'm sure it's their fault this extension NEVER works.

Locked my account.. support lost my ticket. no issue resolved from pricelab...

I can't get this to work, either. Sort of makes me wonder if anyone reads the reviews? I seems to connect, then get a message the next day that it's not connected. This is happening after at least a year of use.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Its always broken. But, I think it's VRBO's problem. Pricelabs works with Airbnb but not VRBO. I wish we didn't have to pay for something that is regularly not working!!!

It never leaves the "Please go to vrbo account page to connect your account with PriceLabs" step 2 screen even after logging into vrbo. Never goes to the "connect my account" screen.
