Why are chats from people i dont know poping up on my screen while watching? have i been hacked?

This is my first review I have ever made. This is so bad I needed to write a review. This is such a fun idea but literally the worst website/app design I have ever seen. You would feel more happy going into your shower and putting straight shampoo directly into your eye then dealing with this app design. I have been trying to cancel this subscription for about an hour. I just can't believe something been so terrible

Fix the idiot extension!

This app never works.

It's great, if you can get it to work. What a nightmare this has been trying to get it to work for more than a little while. There are SO many bugs with the chat function on the extension. My friends and I have spent more time troubleshooting than actually watching the movie together.... and we're all paying for the subscription. Absolute mess!!!!!!!

Wish I could give 0. Stupid program, lots of disconnects, each viewer pauses the whole thing for everyone to watch individualized ads ... this whole platform is just a lame way to extract more ad revenue from people

It doesn't work. I can't log in or register, and I have to log in as a guest. It just says, "Oops, Seems like the party doesn't exist."

Teleparty is not responding well in amazon Primne, had face this issue a months back and again the same issue is happening where the other party cannot even join with the link. Either fix this or Remove Amazon Prime from your damn option.

i'm premium but recently i see many problem for sharing video and audio

Super glitchy app. I can't pause the movie or skip to the right part. It will randomly skip to the end of the movie and not let us go back. Doesn't stay on the same part of the movie for all the parties. Had this issue for multiple streaming services.

When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, that is less often than I would like. My friend and I tried watching a show on amazon prime but no matter which one of us hosted, the share link just led to a "page not found"

To cancel premium, you have to email Teleparty, but good luck getting them to respond to your emails. I ended up paying for premium after the free trial was up because the way they explain to cancel your subscription just doesn't exist anywhere. I've checked mobile, on different browsers, through the extension, using outsourced instructions...nothing works. I might still use this with friends since I've paid already but setting it up that way is so wrong.

DO NOT PAY FOR PREMIUM - i pay for it and so does my girlfriend. it works half the time, the other half theres always something wrong. either the stream doesnt play at the same time or you cant connect at all. one time it didnt even give me or my girlfriend access to premium features for like 2 weeks and they didnt respond to our emails for the same period of time. Find another option.

The video pauses itself - the chat claims that *I* am pausing the video, even though I am doing *NOTHING*.

Used to work fine, but then stopped completely. Chat is black and no matter what I try do nothing fixes it. I follow teleparty support instructions and still no change

literally so laggy, me and my LD partner have to constantly refresh and send new links to each other on just 1 episode ( and we both pay for premium to get the video call feature ) ... The amount of times we raged about this happening is crazy. way too overpriced, should be somewhere around 2.99/3.99 for this level of service.

lots of trouble on the setup, multiple attempts and lots of paywalls to just function. previously had all accounts set up. very dissatisfied and will be canceling my membership after the free trial.

Wish i could leave -5 stars. Feel like it's gone downhill so much. It is so glitchy, you try clicking the extension's icon and it never works, switching to each episode is a pain (varies over each streaming platform), sometimes the texts would duplicate in the chat, I've been randomly kicked out of the party (despite being the host). Overall it just sucks, hopefully there is someone working on it or there is another extension available out there.

I tried cancelling, it didn't work. I was cancelling because when I was using the free trial it never worked for me and my friends anyway. Now I'm out 50 dollars.

constantly pauses/glitches, frequently signs me out and it cant even sync up with the other viewer which is the whole point of this app. Me or my gf teleparty is playing when the other is paused or were almost minutes apart from each other

Downloaded the app and everything just for the other person to not be able to watch with me, which is the ENTIRE point of teleparty.

i keep seeing weird messages in up left the video

doesnt work at all. takes you straight to the sign in page of what ever streaming service. most useless addon. Discord works 10000x times better for sharing screens

it dosent pause when my friend pause, it really bad and delayed, this issue havent been fixed yet. even the timing is diffrent and it autostart automatically

it somehow stopped working properly... when i join the party, it automatically starts playing even if the creator of the party has it paused somewhere

Worked great, until tonight. Just stopped working, no longer syncing.

i used this last night and it worked perfectly. today if i hit ANY buttons it sents my friend back to the start. videos aren't syncing up, this is horrible. ruining my evening and emotional trauma just wanted to watch my ljd.

New updated cooked the entire site. Cant watch with my freinds like we are in the same chat but its not sync. FIX IT ASAP
