it is impossible to work with, typing just erases the title of an entity and there is no way to navigate through the attributes.

When I try to open a diagram that was shared with me on Google Drive it hangs on "Loading". When I try to create a new diagram from one of the UML templates it hangs on "Inserting". I can, at least, create a simple diagram from scratch.

Took forever to "Insert" a blank template.

Worked for 4 hours it all disappeared. fun app

Not very intuitive, kept changing my font and font color. Had to change it everytime.

I am not able to see and work with shared diagram with me. I authorize myself though GDrive but the system says that the file wasn't found or some error occured. So the entire work goes to hell with your "beautiful" service. Five stars? Not a chance! Much better to use InVision, Gliffy or Marvelapp

MY CHANGES WEREN'T SAVED AFTER IT SAID THAT IT WAS SAVED. ALL MY WORK IS GONE. :'(

can't figure out where it saves the diagrams diagrams are lost from Confluence when re-creating a lost diagram and trying to save it with the same name I get an error message saying it already exists, but i can't find it for the life of me

Couldn't save anything because of bad UI. Not user friendly at all. Saving and opening recent project sucks. It asked me to refresh the browser after i opened the page after 10 hours. The wireframe i made for 2 hours, vanished in a second. Even if it is saved, not sure i can access it again.

Doesn't work. trying to solve the problem with google corrupting Microsoft file formats but it won't import or upload images.

Cannot copy items into google docs or anywhere else. Cannot link entity lines to database tables. Bug first reported 23 days ago and ignored. Cannot move database design tables into Google Docs or Sheets (which just sheets me). App actively prevents this even pasting as image... You have to create new tables in Google Docs - big error risk, let alone the time that takes. Fuzzy behaviours (okay its a web app): Zoom behaviour erratic Selection on table boxes erratic. Will continue to use it because this is all thats available. And its free - which given it is free, makes it an amazing proposition in that sense. Not really at professional level. Yet. Lost data due to disconnection from server so I have to redo the lost data.

This piece of do-do just auto-saved over a file without confirmation and overwrote days of work. Regardless of how good any of the other features may be, I have to give this the lowest rating possible for a usability problem so bad the users looses work.

While the potential is good, the plugin itself is VERY GLITCHY! Zooming in or out could cause the diagram to disappear!

Really nice program until you try to export the project. It then becomes VERY buggy and unintuitive. I would've given it 4 stars if I hadn't spent hours on a drawing just to have it render poorly.

After creating some diagrams and developing a degree of dependency to meet deadlines, this software refused to work until I allowed it access to personal profile information. I can not recommend software that bushwhacks you in this way.

Not usefull for dfd diagrams, the lines glitch through and make no sense. if you looking for a good software to create dfd use gliffy.

There are so many bugs in this thing--files are empty when returned to them. Size limitations make even trying to editing back down to acceptable size tedious with pop-up warnings at every action.

It would be useful if saving the files didn't create 0-byte files that you can't interrupt the download of, delete or otherwise stop without using convoluted command prompt commands to remove before freezing up windows.

I saved a document to google drive, but when I tried to reopen it i saw that it is empty. Thumbnail still shows the document, but not draw.io

I pressed save as and it got stuck :( not working anymore

Made copy of file, to have a back up. After exporting the copy file to PDF, both versions where completely erased, even when I went back to history on my google drive the previous version where erased too.

It says connected to google drive. But it has no option to open it with this app. I created a diagram with it now I can't open it anyhow. What the heck is going on?
