ZiXue player

The ZiXue video player is a tool for people learning Standard Chinese and Chinese script. The player accepts local video and subtitle files and transcribes simplified or traditional Chinese subtitles to Pinyin in real-time. Auto-pause and replay based on subtitle timing make it easy to replay spoken sentences. The player also performs on demand dictionary lookup of individual characters and words. The player comes with a 20 second demo video listing the numbers 0 to 9.
