It doesn't compare to the ease of use of other similar applications and they are clearly trying to rip people off by offering a free trial that you are then unable to cancel before payment is taken. I have emailed the company four times over the last week explaining that I can't afford to pay for this subscription and that I cannot access my account to cancel it due to a server error on their website! The only response that I have received to date is an automated response stating they are a tiny team and will contact me as soon as they can! Well a fat lot of help that was! Absolutley disguting behaviour and I would only reccommend that people stay as far away from it as possible!

The only way Haiku Deck is making money is by NO REFUND POLICY FOR PEOPLE WHO FORGET TO CANCEL THEIR TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION FROM A TRIAL THEY DID NOT USE!!!! THEIR SYSTEM IS OUTDATED.

I love using it because it can be so simple. But there is one major defect: It glitches INSANELY! This makes it twice as long to complete every slide! I have lost work despite it being saved and the text on my slides will suddenly change to gibberish. No matter how many times I try to undo it,the rubbish stays. I do realize Haiku Deck is still relatively new and just got out of beta mode, which is why I gave it a 3 stars instead of a 2. In comparison to many other beta programs I have tried, this was not too bad(though still the most glitchy). I enjoy the diversity of available pictures, and I recommend using the templates. Another issue I have is with the page freezing. When this happens I open a new tab and restart where I left off from there.
