Half of magnet links doesn't register. After attempting the same link three or four times, one of them will grab.

I can't use Torrentsafe. My pass key does not work and I have been trying to get in touch with tech support for weeks with no response.

No idea how this got onto my PC, Chrome displayed a yellow error symbol on the top right of my address bar while browsing a website and when I clicked it it said "Another application on your PC has added an extension to Chrome" Shady tactic.
