Inle Lake

Inle Lake is one of the largest bodies of water in Myanmar. The most special feature of Inle Lake is that the entire lake bed is located on a hill about 800m high. The depth of the lake goes from the shallowest to the deepest part from 2.1m to 5m. Therefore, Inle Lake can only be viewed from land or boating in safe areas.
