Doesn't stay connected, forever needing updates to stay tethered to my laptop

cannot stay connected to board, have to frequently reconnect after getting an "rtc failed" message 5 minutes after successfully connecting, have given up on wireless sharing

Absolutely terrible

Was working fine until recently. Now it just crashes every time I try to share my entire screen, window, or tab to an ActivPanel 9.

It needs to be on the exact same network. Won't work on two seperate sub networks even though they're the same. it's absurd and annoying.

It was working perfectly until the last update and then it stopped working.

SUCKS

The App is broken after the update.

Another waste of money and resources. Can't screen share using this extention anymore for some reason.

Chrome keeps automatically disabling this extension, now I can no longer use it in the classroom! Very frustrating.

Does not work with Chromium under Ubuntu Linux. It installs fine, it starts up, you can enter the panel ID and a username and then enter the waiting room. Chromium flickers a small window for less then a second and then nothing else happens. But I never enter the waiting room on the panel.

I use Chrome on Ubuntu 18.04.5 and this extension doesn't work....:-(

It keeps disconnecting from my computer and freezing my Promethean screen.

It does not allow me share my computer screen with over 4 students. That is not that much useful for coding class to share program on screens' at a time.

it works, though i can only find screen screen share and not a tab share.. meaning i can't do anything else on the computer while showing a video or an example casted

This app is hit or miss. It was working fine at the beginning of the year and now it fails consistently and now does not work at all. I have tried many workarounds and nothing, including a full device reboot (all devices: sender and receiver) and nothing is fixing it. Very disappointed in this technology.

When it works and I am able to connect (and my students are able to connect), it is a fantastic addition to our classroom. However, it seems to be hit or miss. All students have the extension installed on their browsers. However, sometimes they are stuck in the initial "Connecting" screen without end and are never able to join the waiting room. This also happened to my computer when using the extension. A hard reset of the board fixed the issue the first time. Neither a hard board reset or a reset of students' Chromebooks fixed the issue today. Seems to be an unreliable extension/app.

Would be great if volume came from the screen I'm sharing to instead of the screen I'm sharing from. I am trying to use this to watch videos on my Promethean board that are blocked by Chromium, but needed for my curriculum. I don't have "classroom quality" speakers on my desktop.

The extension works for me. I was able to get my screen onto the board but the sound and video were lagging. The sound would not come out of the board but would come out of my laptop instead.

It keeps timing out as I'm presenting in class....
