Center Youtube Captions

Youtube has made a change to the subtitles on their platform. Now if the captions are automatically generated (on the fly), the captions are not centered. So to combat this issue I created this simple extension to center Youtube's subtitles, so if you like your takbar centered, this extension is for you. **Now works with translations**
