How to Get Started 1. Click "Add to Chrome" to install the extension. 2. Complete the initial privacy consent flow. 3. Enter your personal OpenRouter API key. You can get a key at openrouter.ai/keys. 4. Navigate to any website with a text field and begin using the keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+Space to trigger completions. Our Approach to Privacy Your privacy is a priority. The extension is built with transparency and user control at its core. - Data Processing: Text is sent to the OpenRouter API only when you activate a feature (e.g., autocomplete, rewrite, or chat). This data is used solely to generate the AI response and is not stored permanently. - Local Storage: Your settings and API key are stored locally in your browser. Your API key is secured using AES-256-GCM encryption. - Permissions: The extension requests minimal permissions required for functionality.
