Click the Paste GPT icon in your toolbar. 2. Click paste button (📋) or run button (🚀) next to the service that you want to use. 3. Navigate to the send button on the AI platform page. ### Extract from chat 1. Visit chatgpt.com or claude.ai 2. Click the Paste GPT icon in your toolbar. 3.
