This tool is extremely disappointing. It does not work as advertised and feels like a complete waste of time and money. The interface is confusing, slow, and full of bugs. Customer support is also very unhelpful and takes forever to respond.

Bought the Unlimited plan, but they restricted my account without explanation. Now I can’t access my data or extract records, and phone numbers aren’t working at all. Very unprofessional service. Not recommended.

The platform simply doesn’t work. Contacts don’t import, nothing loads, support doesn’t reply at all, and there’s no way to stop the subscription. At this point it really feels like we’re just getting scammed. Can someone from the team finally address this?
