Wasted my time. You have to pay to use this extension.
Requires payment for basic usage.
cannot export more than 250 rows...
Needing a subscription to copy as Markdown is lame. It's not like that requires a backend to do the processing, so there's no continuous operating cost associated with that feature.
Not able to copy numerical data properly. Something reading 1,420 on the source page ends up exported as 1,42 into Google Sheets. Bummer!!
not good
Still unable to copy tables for work due to this today. If this feature is going paid please let me know.
Asks for premium for downloading csv; HTML-Table Scraper is better
It is incapable of capturing a simple table from tickertape.
This is a spyware add on it collects your data through injecting analytic.js in background network page
This tool deosen't work for me in chrome windows 10
Very useful but currently this extension is causing an "Out Of Memory" error for me on certain pages. Bummer.
Have to SUBSCRIBE (not a one time purchase, which I would be more than willing to do) in-order to use any of the useful features. Would give zero stars if I could. #sellout
Expected this to work like Table2clipboard firefox..epic FAIL: I highlighted table data and used several different capture buttons..on a table that table2clipboard handled with with no problem, the result, when pasted into an excel file was a jumble of text..not columns & rows as Table2clipboard had done. This is not only ineffective but complicated. I will happily revise my review if shown a simple way to use this to highlight an html table, capture it with this extension and past it to an excel page.
Useless
not working, just a wast of time
Did not work.
This extension parses your pages even when not in use.
How does this work - there is not instructions or short cut keys or how to anywhere. typical, when you look for an easy solution you find another problem lol
Couldn't copy a column or table in Wikipedia. Useless.
Doesn't work
this works with simple table, but doesn't work with any smarter table
Table detection not working.
doesn't work properly
Wow, great tool, I love it, but this developer has no respect whatsoever for your privacy. He requires that you grant him: - access your data on all websites - access your tabs and browsing activity this tool can work just fine without access to your private data, so... chromers beware! george, don't be rude, give us a donate link so you can earn you money that way instead of data-mining us, okay?
Poor
Doesn't work very well. Needs to have the same functionality as Firefox's table2clipboard.
The free version of the add-on works well, but my experience with support was disappointing. I attempted to purchase what I thought was a one-month license via PayPal, not realizing you have to subscribe annually. When I reached out for clarification, the response was unexpectedly rude and unhelpful. Good product, but poor customer service.
Used to work a while back, now it just stopped working :( It's been a while since I've used the extension, but it did work before on this specific site I was on when I first downloaded the extension. Now, it would recognized the table, but there's no data shown. The preview would be blank, the manual copy to clipboard would be blank, and the export to Google sheets didn't work either. I've tried resetting the options page and nothing works either. :(
It didn't work for me, it recognised the table but the export to Google sheets didn't work. The Copy table data to clipboard worked but was unusable as it was no longer in a usable format I added it, tried it and removed it.
paid suck
It works for my Surface pro, but does not work for my HP note PC. Both of those are windows10. I haven't had any clues of the dependancy yet.
It just copy pastes the values of the table, the user must replicate the formatting manually. The same use can be achieved by copy paste from the user
I downloaded it specifically for the multi-page feature but it didn't work :(
https://stats.nba.com/players/advanced/?sort=AGE&dir=1&Season=2011-12&SeasonType=Regular%20Season on this page I see the icon is activated but it s not working. Tested on more than dozens of pages(not NBA) but not worked at all What s this app for?
I was expecting more from this extension, it requires too much manjob to get it done right, it doesn't get images and format on the majority of the tables I tested, and make it look that all it does is copy the table to the clipboard, something that can be done without it
Tried several times but unable to open the table in google sheets. It is just launching the sheet but not loading the data.
I tried to copy this table into a Google spreadsheet, it combined the numbers in the columns instead. Here is the table: https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Power_Shot
Results are very hit & miss. For example, it did not find a tide table on https://tides.willyweather.com.au/nsw/sydney/fort-denison.html If found 8 tables on http://www.bom.gov.au/australia/tides/#!/nsw-sydney-fort-denison but in Excel laid each weekday below the preceding.
Doens't work on google analytics. Trying to export a annotations table.
Simply does not work
Strips links, which I need to be kept, in both copying and exporting to Docs.
On long pages scrolls to top of page, which makes it impossible to see which table is currently selected at the page bottom.
It often does not work. All the texts in the captured table smashed together in a single cell. The double-byte encoding is not the problem, as it sometimes works. see for example, http://cois.moi.gov.tw/moiweb/web/frmHome.aspx
Seems to work okay for small tables but for large tables (hundreds or thousands of rows) the functionality doesn't work
Slow to load
Doesn't work well on pages with multiple tables. Really, it doesn't work enough to be useful because it doesn't highlight the table your focusing on and instead gives strange names and adjusts the vertical scrollbar to the height (maybe) of the table you'd like to select. I tried a few times, but each time ended up selecting the wrong table on the page.
does not capture table subsets (e.g. columns)
Access to MY history - for what??
Why can't I subscribe using Google Pay? Despite the fact that on the subscription page you have an icon of this payment system, you persistently redirect to pages where I have to enter all my payment card details? Is this some kind of advanced fraud? I do not want to use the trial version, I am ready to pay at once. But I don't want to enter my bank card details on obscure and uncertified pages of sites.
