I hate it because it won't let me go on it

Unreliable, unresponsive, and full of missing features. The extension didn’t meet the advertised/expected organization functionality for large chat libraries. When I tried to contact support, both listed email addresses bounced back—no working support channel. Not acceptable for a paid “lifetime” purchase.

Fake reviews are more believable if you throw in some 3 and 4 star reviews. I bought the full version and regretted it almost immediately. The user interface is obnoxious. ChatGPT chats in projects can't be put into folders because apparently they are never imported and so many other problems. The reviews indicate that the developer isn't responsive, which is ok because it would take a week to work through this many bugs and annoyances.

Free version only allows 3 folders total.

This is obviously full of fake 5* reviews.

It's a scam. Must you log in with Google account then there are no available functions before payment. I suspect the five stars are also bought.

Such a pity that it first requires a Google account login, and then you find out can't use anything without paying first.

The Extension description does not indicate that none of the features work without payment. I won't pay a penny without evaluating it first.

Not Free

I payed for the premium, ever since I bought it Chats won't be able to be saved into folders, no matter what I do. And I am very tech savvy. In the beginning it worked ONCE but out of nowhere I lost all my folders. Stay away.

Here's the deal: I'm not about to pay for something I can't test. I can't believe that you expect folks to pay before even using it. Why can you not provide a trial or a freemium version? This is why you get one star.

They ask me to sign in and after doing so, everything you must to subscribe to get anything, everything is grayed and locked, simply if you want me to subscribe, just tell me before asking me to do anything

Each time an Easyfolder folder or abject is clicked , the html page refreshes. Its so annoying to see the page disappear and watch it regenerated again. If a trial version was available , I would not have bought it. I cancelled my subscription in 15 minutes. Pls give my money back !

I got the paid version for a year, no money guarantee. The add-on is very limitted in its functionality. It can't import chats from any ChatGPT project. You have to do it manually one chat at a time. The system is rather combersome and buggy, and it makes my browser crash all the time. This is as close to as scam as it gets, but more likely just an opportunistic rip-off. Edit: The add-on keeps crashing my browser because it nonsensically keeps importing the folders that have already been imported. There is no way to stop this process. Every time you open a chat from the folder directory, the re-importing starts. A this is just one of the multiple bugs that this add-on has. There is also no money return policy, and its advertising is fraudulent. This is the most idiotic purchase I've done in a very long while.

This is a PAID extension - with near ZERO functionality without payment. Nowhere on the main page does it say that. Everything that has any use within this is paid-for. Are the features good if you pay? I'm sure they are. But this is very deceptive and wasted my time.

It looks useful, but only if you pay. It has ZERO functionality for free users. It could at least allow some functionality, like 20 or 30 folders and some searching. Or at least provide a 30-day trial to hook users into it!

Developer 100% non-responsive to inquiries about active ($) subscription.

This would be awesome if you werent phishing for data! I see no reason why you should be collecting personal data and access chats!!

Agree to the rest of all. How can you not even offer a few day's trial or with example folder creation? Since you cannot even try out the app without paying you don't even know what works and what doesn't, Chat preview available? Export into which formats?

Just won't work.

This is a PAID app, and they are using the free chrome store to get people to sign up for it. Without even offering ANY of the services for free. It's not cheap either. Perhaps if there was a free aspect to it, I MAY have considered potentially buying the paid version, but this is basically baiting and switching. Do not bother with this. There are plenty of free apps that do what this is charging for.

Was super stoked for this product, yet when I purchased nothing happened. My sidebar in chatgpt still says I'm a non member. Just wants me to purchase again. Tried emailing the given email, no response. Just took my money no feedback or response. Seems like others have this issue as well. Looks like I will be talking to the bank to refund my money and look for a better program that is more trustworthy and efficient.

It's a bit ridiculous that you can't even create a single folder without paying. It looks like a promising tool but I wouldn't pay for a product I have not experienced first hand first. Shame.

DO NOT BUY I had to put a stop on my credit card because there is no way to cancel he didnt respond to 2 different emails he has.

Not even offered a trial to a single feature without paying $7/mo for an extension. As a developer I'm all about supporting independent developers and their projects, but this is asking too much upfront. Plus, sorry but it's too weird to me the rating distributions: how the 5 stars rating comments here seems to be interleaved with organic ones, and they come in batches on single days - that look too suspicious to me.

This is a joke. It's called 'ChatGPT Folders' and you can't create even a single folder without paying. TRASH

What other people wrote - the developer puts everything behind a paywall and you can't even "try out" the features of this app. A missed opportunity, in my opinion. This basically would make most users just delete the app as soon as they login and attempt to try it out.

Bookmarks used to be in the free version and just included ads. Now everything is behind a paywall. 0/5 stars. Literally can't use it without paying.

I spent an entire day organizing my ChatGPT conversations, and in the end, it automatically deleted some of the ones I had already categorized. I strongly do not recommend this.

I paid for the tool for several months. When all my content disappeared from the folders, I asked for his technical support. No answer. Since it did not work anymore, I asked for a cancellation of my subscription. Still now answer. Will I still be charged for the next months? How do I denounce him to my credit card so that the next payments do not pass?

I paid for the lifetime premium subscription and a few days ago, I noticed that all of my bookmarked chats were gone. I tried to ask in the discord why this was the case and got kicked. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolute horrible developer. Left all subscribers hanging for a month a half with the app not working, telling everyone it would be fixed soon, then suddenly one day, I get switched to the free version and removed from the Discord server. Definitely don't work with this developer guy Edmund. His name is Mun Jun Yong. I emailed him and suddenly he tells that he SOLD the extension without even notifying someone who was a member of the app. He left thousands of members hanging who were waiting for a solution... unbelievable,.

Just rename your chats to contain a tag like [STUDY] or [GAMING]. Then you can use the built-in search feature instead of this paid garbage.

not working and when i said that i was directly kicked out from discord channel. comments here show that i am not the only kicked out one. developer made me a refund but it is not about money, he still doesn't understand this ...

It was working perfectively before now, unresponsive, meaning with the new GPT update the folders do not work

I never got to experience the full functionality of this. I couldn't do anything without having an account. As soon as the account was created, I still couldn't create a folder without being prompted to upgrade. Today, I'm able to access the create folder, but having named it and clicked save, nothing's happening. I just can't if I'm going to be bombarded into upgrading. Thank goodness there are alternatives.

Anyone experiencing bugs? I installed the extension and then opened chatgpt, and there is a bar saying "Loading your chat history, please wait..." and it stays forever!

excuse me? these prices are insane for such easy features! i tested some of these extensions for ChatGPT and decided to use Pinfold, that costs freaking 5 bucks for a lifetime. very disappointed by this extension.
