Doesn't activate most of the time and interferes with Adblocker, the most important extension for me.

Got more than 6 months since I have purchase from one of the partner shops and still awaiting for rewards. No customer service what so ever
useless app and service. i'd give it zero stars if i could. it's been over a year since i reported no credit for internet service payments and they've yet to do anything about it. their excuse is it's the ISP's problem. avoid this app.

Groupon worked without issue, however Home Depot, Zenni Optical, Aliexpress.....either denied or pending (and it has been weeks). Close to $1000 in purchases have not been awarded. I have supplied screen shots, receipts etc and customer service has done nothing. Customer service has a great cheat sheet of excuses, but no results. Avoid Million Pugs and stick with Rakuten. Update 01/24. We are nearly 6th months later and I have 30,000 outstanding Pugs. Customer service is no help. Why not award what is given....does not cost them? Avoid this and use Rakuten and get real money.
So far it is impossible for me to give a good review. It has been 2 months since I made a purchase somewhere, 1 month since the refund period has passed, and still nothing happened at all. If you are aiming at any bonus that is remotely time related (limited edition or something) you will likely spend your money, wait too long, lose the bonus and you might as well have had no extension installed at all.
Nowadays don't work with brave. Week ago everything was ok.
Great idea, poor implementation. When prompted to turn on the app, it should stay on the entire time you are at the retailers sight, through purchase, it should not be redirecting you to a PUGS site. I do not recieve the majority of my qualified purchase points because it's continually redirecting to allow the app to function, thus it shuts itself off while you are shopping with qualified places. It takes you away from the shop to authorize, then you have to start over again... it's a cycle of futility. Having a formal background in IT and Development, I can say this is either the fault of poor MIS or it's intentional as to not provide the benefit as promoted?
It has problems with Brave explorer, this week.
As always with free stuff theres something muddy invloved and in this case its about registering transactions and hilarious support. If for whatever reason your transaction dont go through you need to fill request with receipt and stuff (some people will simply not put the effort) and then wait for confirmation from shop, I dont remember correctly but it might take few months (!!!) and it still might fail. So after waiting a month I wanted to check but couldnt log in, tried to send reset password request on 2 different days, but emails dont go through. Whole thing is honestly hilarious, if only they spent fraction of money on proper support instead of advertising.
I originally came after I clicked a sponsored link from a twitch streamer. I decided to use this because World of Warships had a nice reward after 2 purchases, or 200 tokens. After getting these tokens however, the reward was somehow out of stock, but it sure in hell didn't say so before i had those tokens. I reached out to support, no response but they got rid of the rewards in question. I think that it's scammy because they pull you in with a $10 reward and then when you have the tokens, they just say that they're out of stock and the next best reward is $1 of currency. The next best reward is another 100 tokens away but I'm not sure i'll use this again because they might hit me with the "out of stock oops" prompt. So to sum it up, Good rewards are out of stock, when are they in stock again? Support doesnt say. The pugs seem to be credited after some time, I shopped at gamestop. Rewards can only be purchased once which is odd seeing as they dont have that many rewards anyways. The major con is being unable to get the rewards that are advertised because you would have gotten better cashback from Honey so this hurts
Many shops that support Pugs don't report your transactions. You're forced to personally contact the vendor to obtain the order ID number if one isn't available. Then you need to manually submit them to Pugs so that you can receive your credit. This can take weeks. (presumably so you forget the transaction this letting Pugs off the hook to give you that which you're owed). Nice concept, but they, Pugs, is too slow to act upon your multiple open tickets to receive your pugs and not all vendors work as seamlessly as they should.
