Enhanced File Explorer for Chrome

It doesn't function for localhost server directory files. I have xampp and want to utilize the file explorer extension, but it doesn't function when I open the directory with "http://localhost/".

i couldn't even open it when I go to my extensions it issn even a button because I cant even open it!

It works for all files with .JPG, .PNG, .PDF, etc,,, which are extensions handled by Chrome !. I expected to see simple .TXT ,,, and any other (B)registered extensions handled by the operating system(-B). Example: I high-lite the above text, in this Chrome window'tab6', type ctl-c to copy, click on window'tab3', type ctl-v to paste the above text into a (UL)voice/text message to another party. Four clicks = Done !

Cannot find the allow acess to file urls? can you leave instructions?
