Papaly Bookmark Manager

If you use this service you'll eventually be sorry. None of your data is safe. Papaly purposely deleted my account and dozens of hours of researching, organizing, and managing that account they just deleted it.

THIS APP (PAPALY BOOKMARK MANAGER) INSTALLS VIRUSES ONTO YOUR HARD DRIVE! I am not a computer engineer or anything like that. I’m just a user like you, writing about my experience to save you from the same thing I went through. *** After installing this Papaly, I started getting POP-UP NOTIFICATIONS from a sketchy website called pushkahouse.com. The notifications were UNPREDICTABLE, GRAPHIC PORN ADVERTISEMENTS right in the notification center (action panel) of my computer! I hoped that I did not catch a computer virus from this app, but when I checked my browser (chrome) for viruses, I saw I was too late! I went to Chrome > settings > advanced settings > privacy & security > Site Settings > Cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data > (search “pushkahouse”) … and I saw that “957.pushkahouse.com locally stored data “(ON MY HARD DRIVE). I had no clue that that Papaly or pushkahouse.com would store any data on my computer and I did not see this mentioned in the terms and conditions at all! I beg all users of this app to delete their accounts and clean up their computer with anti-malware software! Windows has free anti-malware software available for download. i'm not affiliated with windows or anything! Use whatever software you want to clean up this mess but please save your data before they steal your credit cards or something!

There site gets down every 2 days in a month!

app shut down without warning! No chance to store your bookmarks. Horrible!

App not available anymore. No mail or notice before they shut it down. Such bad people. Karma will solve this!

WOW The App shut down and never let anyone know that they had to save their book marks.

I can't access anymore with my FB account and I've lost all my bookmarks! No support at all! They don't even reply to emails.

When signing up w/ Google+ this app wants permission to manage your Youtube account! Why on earth would it need that permission? Seems fishy to me.

I found no instructions, it's invasive-need to login and create an account. not intuitive, uninstalled.

my toshiba chromebook 2 keeps crashing since install; will make this review & then uninstall. If ANYONE knows of a good bookmark mgr, pls let me know - I've had terrible luck. BTW, I hate the suggestion which is just above where one wud type in their review, "...contact the developer." It seems to me the opposite of transparency. To be quite frank, that is bullsh*t.

you can´t remove it!

Chrome crashed. I was looking forward to clicking "Restore" to restore my open tabs, but NO! This extension insists on disabling that critical feature. This extension does its best to make you follow celebrity gossip and sports. The nicest thing they could do now is an 'export bookmarks' feature to go with the import feature.

Ads, ads, everywhere. Everything sponsored by corporations high and low. The clutter is worse than the barebones bookmark manager in Chrome, that's how bad it is; it takes over thirty clicks and ten minutes of reading past the sponsored links to even get my bookmarks into the app. No thank you.

All I wanted was a basic bookmark manager to organize my bookmarks and not a program that thought it was the center of the universe for all things bookmark. Maybe there is some way of configuring it to come up with my existing bookmarks that I just wanted to edit but I have neither the time or energy to learn this. Unfortunately from what I've seen of the other bookmark apps they all seem to be similar to this. Not what I want. :-(

A bookmark manager should integrate with your browsers and not ask you to install yet another app to add bookmarks when the browser does that by default. Junk!

i need to wait to see my bookmarks ! LOADING ! the idea of a bookmark is to get faster navigation,it does opposite of that, initially i loved it! but the MAJOR FLAW is bookmarks dont work offline,it pulls data from net makes it slow to load,please fix this issue

Great features but too slow! Switching to another Dashboard takes 2-5 seconds at the moment (from Europe)! If you can not add more servers, provide an offline option and sync button to not be synced for each manipulation having too much latency.

cant get access

sometimes link is not working. we bookmark the site so that we can get it when it required. If site doesn't work how we will get that bookmark when we need it most.

not exactly a bookmark, but just a nice view of all you bookmarks in a new tab. Also for some reason it controls what happens when you open a new tab --> it force you to choose that all new tabs are are automatically opened in Papaly.

What just happened? I supposedly installed it but it is nowhere to be found.

Dear Sir, please fix this problem. after installation of extension and properly account setting when i click import Bookmarks from google chrome then show me error " unable to import" please fix this problem..

meh A bit cumbersome. No worse than the stock bookmark manager but no better either. I WANT MULTIPLE LABEL CAPABILITY. Anyone listening?

Just recently stopped working. I can no longer add categories to my boards.
